Beautiful hotel, great location, nearby all points of interest. The pool is great, heated (33-34 degrees), there's both a small indoor and a bigger outdoor playground which was really great for the kids. The room was massive with beautiful views of forests and mountains. Everything was spotless. The food choice is not massive but the quality is top notch and the menu changes daily which was really nice. Highly recommended for a nature-first holiday with kids. Having bathrobes waiting in the room exactly the size for our kids was a beautiful touch.

I guess it's a bit subjective since we are not the primary guest group of the hotel but not all staff spoke English really so at times it was a bit harder to communicate. But ultimately it wasn't really a big problem.

Great location and good package, there is wellness, breakfast, dinner available and can be included. The building itself is quite nice and well equipped, newish conditions. Sauna zone is quite well equipped. Food was ok.

NO AIRCON in the room, this was such disappointment. Only one elevator for the whole building, needed to wait a lot in some cases. WiFi was poor for most of our stay. Wellness facility rules were not kept by the some children/family and no one was caring about it from the staff. 60-30 mins before the end of dinner time they stopped refilling foods and options got quite poor by the end of the timeslot provided.

Together with my family we spent a couple of days in the hotel. In general we were very satisfied with our stay, in particular, the advantages: + very nice room, clean and comfortable room + tasty food for breakfasts and evening dinners + nice swimming pool and sauna area + wide parking + beautiful and peaceful hotel surroundings

- the saunas were open for kids from 16:00 to 17:00 - strange and very inconvenient, should be till 19:00 - water during evening dinners was additionally paid, but the worst thing was that when we ordered a bottle of water with lemon, we got that filled into the bottle from the tap! We saw that as the sink was clearly visible near the food table (o_O) So basically we paid in total almost 20 euro for the tap water! :/ - shortly in between 8:00-9:00 in the mornings one may expect lack of water in the toilets, because of regular pool maintenance which is causing water pressure drop down affecting the toilets (but not sure if it concerns all the rooms, or just ours was affected - anyhow be careful ;))

This was our second time here. We love it. Great place, great area, kind and helpful staff, great wellness, excellent food.

There was a little mix-up with the rooms but they helped to fix the problem. So, we could move to our requested rooms the next day. The walls are very thin and the doors does not really reduce the noise from the passage. So, if you are unlucky with your “neighbours” and they and / or their children are running and screaming until midnight in the passage in front of your room, it can be disturbing.

An excellent location for relaxation with sports nearby (skiing, hiking); the quiet location with a very beautiful view, the food absolutely delicious and rich in variety, friendly staff and ready to meet your needs; excellent rest-room for the ski equipment

They promise that they provide transport to the Lomnica ski area, but they doesn't say that this transport is functional only on weekends; this was an inconvenience because we have to go by car to the ski area, and parking at the ski area is not cheap

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff lovely, food tasty and wellness we really enjoyed amazing saunas, pool and amazing they have bar at the pool. It was lovely to enjoy, full relax . Room was clean comfortable and view was just amazing it was amazing woke up with mountains . There is no dislike

Great location, just 5 minutes drive from the ski resort Tatranska Lomnica. Some fantastic views! We really enjoyed the food options for breakfast and dinner. Fab swimming pool and wellness facilities. Especially the pool bar! Spacious family room.

We were overall very impressed but the rooms can become very noisy as people move about in corridors.

That you need to leave up 10 am, maybe 1 extra hour would be easier. And restaurantcould be opened till 10 pm.

Location was perfect and standard of the accommodation.

With it being a spa and wellness resort, the pool was very noisy with children playing and splashing. The pool area should be a quiet place for relaxation.

Really nice hotel. Well equipped wellness section. Good breakfast ( more fruits would be nice). Dinners are really great and good value for 15€. Friendly staff. Good location, 15-20m walk from the center of T.Lomnice and 5-10m walk from the train stop.

Two beds put side by side instead of a proper double bed. Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear everything. Payment for extra services is done by telling your room number which leads to stuff being often ordered on different room numbers. Make sure you check your receipts at checkout. They are paying a lot of attention to avoiding you stealing your wellness towels by exchanging it for some paper cards that you can not loose or you pay a fine, which I find laughable considering that if someone wants to steal they can just order cocktails on different room number.
