Beautiful hotel, good spa service included, nice breakfast and great value for money! Close to train station and was really easy to navigate our way around. Plus the staff were so so helpful!

Loved the balcony but wish it was facing the mountains, other than that it was good! Perhaps some more variation each day with the breakfasts would’ve been nice but we only stayed a couple nights so for us was perfect.

THE STAFF. Everyone was amazing, really attentive and super kind. The location is convenient, great breakfast, good value for half board. But the best was the staff, both in the restaurant and the reception.

The room was like a sauna. No AC is fine but the lack of ventilation plus the bathroom door not staying open no matter what we did made it barely habitable. The bathroom is pretty but highly impractical, the sink is splashing everywhere and you have no space there. One could take dance lessons in the shower though given the huge space. The walls are rather thin so don’t share private information there; your neighbour might hear you. Literally. The wellness is nice; however there is no clock for you to keep the time :)

I returned to this hotel after a few years and would gladly return to it in the future. The cleanliness, convenient location and free parking are worth mentioning. Importantly, the price also includes a sauna. And the sauna is first class.

Practically everything was at a high level. So there were no negative situations.

too small room, room was never cleaned up in 5 days. i was asking for shampoo for the cleaning lady. the drying snow boots room working not well. if you leave your shoes wet in, turn on the heating, it works not enough to dry out the humidity. in the morning snowboard shoes were wet. breakfast could start from 7.30 or at least at 8.00.

Quality accommodation, cleanliness, pleasant cozy environment made of natural materials, excellent food - rich breakfast, fantastically tasty dinners - choice from the menu. Helpful and kind staff. Safe parking at the hotel. We would love to come back.

Breakfast had very good variety. Food could have been served warmer. Not a fan of the bakery they use. Room and property seemed very clean.

Little things. The shower door didn't close. The light over the bathroom sink didn't work. The couch seemed a bit worn out. The tv didn't work the second night. We never found a menu for the restaurant (usually posted outside the door). Dumb little stuff!

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment

Water stream under the windows was too close and noisy. I know it's a part of the nature, but if you are used to sleep in silence with open windows it is getting pretty loud...

Absolutely perfect room with children play room and 2 balconies on boh sides of hotel. Presidents room was located through all attic floor We had 2 bathrooms and one even with bubble bath Thank You from all my heart!

We stayed here for the second time and will come more

I ordered the property for my parents as a gift. They were super excited for the room and has a really nice time there. Breakfast surprised them as well, they were very satisfied with a huge offer of the breakfast meals in the restaurant. They would return immediately. As a big plus, the room was super clean and comfy.

It is our fourth time returning to the hotel Kukucka. We always stay in their 1 bedroom flats in the main building. The space is comfy, clean, and feels very chalet-like. Added bonus is the little stream going underneath the hotel and amazing views to the mountains.

Breakfast could have a bit more variety throughout the length of our stay.
