We loved our stay. The room is very spacious, furniture is slightly simple but perfectly alright, and the beds and bedding were really comfortable. Location is really close to the train station and not far from the bus station. Staff was lovely and warm, and we felt welcome. Views of the mountains from the window/balcony! It was possible to leave luggage before/after the check-in/out time, although it wasn't guarded (only by cameras).

It was louder than expected with the train nearby, as well as the bar downstairs, but the windows were high quality, thus it was all ok.

The room was nice and clean, but it was the staff really made our stay a 10/10. The lovely woman at the reception (I forgot to ask her name) is so sweet, she organized a little surprise for our honeymoon, and was immediately there to help when our TV remote stopped working. The wellness facilities are excellent (can recommend the beer bath) and the restaurant had very tasty food for a great price (thanks to the chef and male server who made it so good!). Would definitely come back.

Friendly and very helpful fella at the reception, good located and clean hotel, perfectly delicious food and service at the hotel restaurant, and cherry on the cake was the bar at the hotel which offers 6 different fresh craft beers on tap managed by very enthusiatic staff...so all you need after all day hike...cant be much better than this actually :)

Direct loccation in Tatranska lomnica. Very close to poblic transport . Space for placing s cot in the room.

The appartment lacks some finishing toutch. We stayed at appartment 2. One of the chairs in the kitchen was broken. There was only two single sheets overlaping and not covering the compleet matrass instead of a normal double sheet for such a king size bed.There was no place to hang the big towells after the shower. The shower drain was stucked and shower door was missing a handle- so it was quite hard to open them from the inside. Even after noticing the reception these flows were not fixed

room was really tiny, but comfortable, the distance between the hotel and the ski slope is not far, but its not that close to walk there

The breakfast was a choice of a few options, nicely made And it was on the main street, easy to find

The room we got was on the highest floor, so most of the room we had to duck since the roof was there And we didn't have a kattle in our room

Everything was perfect and overall a great experience. The restaurant staff was friendly and the food was very tasty.

Top floor room had sloped ceiling which made it awkward to access one side of the bed.

Super friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Super clean room.

Noise from the street and railway crossing - this should not be a big problem during winter season when windows are closed.

good location to our plan in High Tatras. new building and all refurbished, and it has elevator.

the room was super tiny and due to angled roof impossible to stay straight although i am only 1.63cm tall. i hit my head several times 😓 also we shared the balcony with another room what was big minus as we obviously couldn’t keep the balcony open for the night. the receptionist was super nice and friendly but she was unable to help us when we asked for tips around the place.

Location to ski resort and restaurants was amazing oit enough from traffic and noise but close enough for an easy stroll after skiing all day

How small the room was and the glass partition between bathroom and bedroom (which was right on front of toilet / bed)
