- very nice and new building - great location - new and modern apartment with good facilities - quiet stay (relatively)

- parking not possible next to the building. Parking is only for owners, no guests. Parking is available at the skiing slopes parking site - reception (check-in and check-out) not on site. Reception is at Grandhotel Praha, which is about 1km far - the same applies for breakfast. Breakfast are available at Grandhotel Praha, which is not very convenient if you have a small child like we do :) - there is Humno restaurant close to the building and they have parties every Friday and Saturday during the season and you can hear music until 2-3 am. My daughter did not mind but I could not fall asleep easily on these days :)

The room was very nice, good facilities, loved the second bathroom and the sauna was perfect.

Check-in was confusing because there was no one at the desk, no one answered the phone number under booking.com, and it took us a while to figure out we had to go to another hotel to check in.

Comfortable modern well fitted out apartment. It is right next to the chairlifts so as we were there in summer we had complimentary access to the high mountains We saw deer grazing on the lawn in front of the hotel each evening

Some confusion about access to aqua park - it is not the Poprad AquaCity, but two other much further away

There were only 4 coffee during the entire stay. We stay 4 nights. In case if you want coffee it was for a fee. The carpets were dirty.

it was a lovely clean and comfortable apartment with a infrared sauna in bathroom. great location to go hiking.

you can’t check in at location. you have to check in at Hotel Praha up the road. (which is not mentioned in the booking process) Also if you want breakfast with your booking. you also have to go to hotel Praha for breakfast which is a 15min walk up the road or you have to drive. Also it said you have Mountain View’s. we had no Mountain View. even though it said it on booking.Com you might have Mountain View if you are on the very Top apartment. maybe

Very close to the slopes, cozy and nice apartment. Clean and modern. Very well equipped kitchen. Stayed in Maisonette.

Parking only at the nearby restaurant's parking lot. Check-in/out only at Grand Hotel Praga. Not flexible with check-in hours.

Comfortable apartment

Missing airconditioning. We parked next to the Horec apartment on Humno restaurant parking area. There were repeteable problems with opening of parking ramp.

Check in was weird. You need to go check in at different hotel, and in booking there’s no information about that. Also you can’t reach any support by phone or here if it’s late.

The cleanliness and facilities are great. The staff was very helpful and the location is a quick walk to the chairlift. Perfect for a family with kids
