I tend to avoid vacations in Slovakia due to bad past experiences, but this stay pleasantly surprised me. The receptionist was amazing, exceptionally professional, and helpful. If I were the owner of the hotel, I would reward her generously because such excellent staff in hospitality is rare. The breakfast was delicious, with a decent selection, and the dinners served at the Kamzík restaurant were absolutely great. I also have to praise the restaurant staff for being very kind and attentive.

The only downside was the outdated bathroom, which could use some renovation

A quiet hotel where all present and correct, comfortable. It did a great job for me after a long travel day and I got good sleep in a spacious well-lit en-suite room.

The breakfast was ok, could have been a bit fresher (eg the fruit). This is not a hotel with a restaurant and that means front desk is not staffed after 7:30pm.

The location is perfect. Just a 1-minute walk to the train station. It was very quiet at night, and the breakfast was fabulous with plenty of options.

The toilet in room 213 made noise when sitting down, as if it wasn't well attached to the wall. It might need a quick fix.

Great location of the hotel, very close to the station. Nice accommodation, but beds are a bit narrow, otherwise all was good.

It had a great location, comfortable, albeit small, rooms and plenty of amenities, good breakfast and excellent staff.

The soundproofing in our room (110) was not very good - we could hear our neighbors taking a shower. It could better.

The location of hotel is excellent! Only 5 minutes walk to the lanovka. It has own parkinglots for cars. The food was perfect!

It would be better if the staff stays in the hotel whole nights to be able to use wellness until 7 pm.

All was excellent. Staff was there to check-in even if we came late. They provided everything we need. Excellent beds, warm inside, hot water with good pressure, very clean room. Reach and good breakfast. Close to the ski lift. Good restaurants nearby.

The room was big enough. There was a hairdryer and a kettle in the room.
