Everything was fine, hotel staff very kind and helpful, breakfast was perfect and big. Super comfortable bed.

Walls are not so thick, so if guests in other rooms are loud, you'll know about it. But that's very common in hotels.

Perfect location in the heart of Celje. Staff is extremely nice and helpful and they serve nice and tasty breakfast. Also "Kavarna" offers great sweets and nice surrounding. It is a classic hotel with a good value for money although a bit pricey for what you expect and what you actually get in the 4-star Hotel.

I am coming to Celje once per year and I normally stay at Hotel Evropa at least a couple of days and unfortunately the hotel cleanliness has declined over the years. In general everything is clean but this time there was hair in the bathroom and some leftovers of dental floss in the bath, when we wanted to take a shower. It is a shame that the hotel "fell asleep" on their tradition and previous fame. Nevertheless, we will come next time again in hope that Hotel Evropa will be worth of their 4-stars.

The hotel is in an excellent position in the pedestrian zone. It also has a restaurant and a bar/patisserie open all day long; we had dinner there and the food was amazing! It has a lift, which again is very convenient if you have (like us) a big and heavy suitcase. Both room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Huge buffet breakfast in the morning with both sweet and savory food.

There were roadworks blocking access to the rear of the hotel so it was a bit complicated to unload the car and find a parking spot (but the car park at the railway station proved very convenient, being just a couple a minutes away)

There was mold in both showers in both rooms.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, the communication with the hotel was superb. The room was reasonably clean. The hotel is located close both to the city center and the trains station with cheap parking availible there. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Would definetly recommend.

It was a nice breakfast, clean room. I would love to know the name of the young man with a beard working there, he was more than generous to show me a couple of rooms which are more suitable for wheelchairs.

Not sure why but it is really hard to find a hotel with at least decent adapted rooms or toilet for the people in wheelchairs but well, I guess we are used to it.

Outstanding location, friendly and professional staff (thank you Branko - a true gentleman), a wonderful breakfast in a modern dinning room with an elegant/classic coffee room that extends outside to the town square. Also a clean and modern Sauna room that was just the thing after a day of sight seeing in this beautiful town.

Location is brilliant, staff are wonderful and the breakfast is great. We had an early start on our departure day and they even arranged for a takeaway lunch for us to have. This is the third time we have stayed for a week each time. We love it. Thank you for everything.

Being British, I do miss having a kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room! The shower could be a little cleaner around the edges and in the plug. My daughter is 2 and likes to lift and scrape everything!

This is a fabulous hotel, beautifully maintained and welcoming. The integration of the café is a huge benefit: the café is comfortable, full of good cakes and all manners of drink, and it welcomes all. Loved it. The hotel's buffet breakfasts were relaxed and richly varied.

I just thought the beds were a bit soft. Obviously that says more about me than about the hotel. I think I am only mentioning it to show my discrimination, in order that my praise is accepted!

As always, hotel is very very nice. Rooms are big, staff is amazing and helpful. Very tasty cake shop as part of the hotel. Very good breakfast. I am regular guest there now already and will keep returning if the level of quality remains for sure.

Prices could be a bit lower, or maybe some offers created since there are other accommodations in that city that could be much cheaper.
