The staff are very kind, smiling and helpful. The breakfast is good. The location is considered close to the center. You can reach the Town Hall on foot in 20 minutes. Bed and pillows are comfortable. It is very nice that the pillows are ergonomic. They put extra pillows and blankets in the closet in the room. I stayed in a room with a balcony and a pool view. The view is beautiful and it's great to wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning. You will never regret staying here.

Large rooms, comfortable beds and pleasant staff. Decent breakfast in a spacious room. Not on top of each other like some hotels.

Was a bit of a trek from the town but we knew that when we booked it. If using the train there is a local station nearer the hotel called Celje Lava but service can be sparse at times.

I was very satisfied with the hotel overall. The location of the hotel was great, the breakfast really good. The staff were very good. I would especially like to mention Mr Amadej Biljakovic, a top man.

The bathroom could perhaps be a little more modern.

everything was perfect..even the view at the pool.....and double doors, so noise from the corridor was 100% reduced. Excellent coffee, excellent bed and excellent shower...and very good breakfast, silence, beautiful place...what else can a tourist expects?

Very friendly staff, great washing service, breakfast included vegan options (oat milk). Located near the city swimming pool, which is fantastic (50 m outdoor pool)! Close to the Savinja and very green surroundings. Great balcony view.

A mosquito net for the balcony would be very useful. I could decide if I wanted cold air or insect company at night.

Its my second time...the second time breakfast was perfect And they chaged the linen and all towels after third day..Thanks

It takes 30 min to walk from train station...it was so tiring after the job

Decent rooms with good light, very pleasant and accommodating staff, otherwise ok. Good breakfast, but I really don't like this type of "automatic coffee".
