Staff is exceptional.. Polite, outgoing, service is quick, clean, more than great.. It's rare to encounter such service, courtesy, and knowledge of English... Also, the child's crib was new and very neatly arranged (with lot of care), like sterilization of baby bottle with hot water.. Kudos to the staff for their service and effort with the guests.. Exceptional.. Additionally, the entrance from the parking lot and to the rooms on the upper floor is very well adapted for children and baby strollers, and if you carry lot of luggage.. We'll be back for sure..

Rooms are little bit darker than in pictures, and windows are small so it take some time to ventilate the room, or to let the fresh air in.. Nothing catastrophic or unbearable (far from it), but just to have in mind when traveling with kids..

Stayed here July 2023 (Room 2) with my 2 children aged 6/8 and my mother as we were attending a wedding at the large Therma Hotel. This accommodation is literally a few minutes walk from the hotel so very handy if you are attending an event there and don’t want to pay such expensive prices. We had a 3 bedroom room. A lovely king size bed down stairs then upstairs two more rooms with twin beds. The room had a brand new AC unit which worked fantastic so temperature was lovely. Breakfast was perfect and the owner would happily get any refills etc you requested. The man & lady owners are both lovely people and nothing is too much trouble for them. There is a small park which my boys enjoyed spending time at and of course across the road is a fabulous pool for kids with flumes etc at the Therma hotel and you get 20% discount from being a guest at Penzion Park. Highly recommend this place and we absolutely would return . Also some lovely spots for running / walking right from the door .

Nothing it was perfect

The owners are very friendly and always ready to give you some advice or help. The room is quite small but has everything you need. It is decorated like in a Boutique hotels. Very sweet. Breakfast is excellent.

There was a very unpleasant smell in the corridor in front of the rooms (but you don't feel it in the room). The mattress is a bit hard, but that is so individual. For someone else it would be perfect

Visiting Laško and staying at this property for 5th time speaks for itself. Even though I had already stayed at this property so knew what to expect, it still find ways to surprise me in a positive manner :-) Location is perfect, staff very kind, warm and helpful - I have always felt welcome there. Easily reachable, free parking, near Thermana pools (300 meters walk), good breakfast. Rooms that I have stayed at are not on a spacious side, but for 1-2 persons it is quite enough. Rooms are on the 1st floor (easily accessible, btw), so as a loft room it could seem smaller that it actualy is. However, exactly because of this, it also has this warm cosy domestic atmosphere. Great room space for family (4 beds, 2 of which are on the upper floor - internal stairs in the room).

Best offer in the area. The location is very quiet, no noise, no road. 2 minutes walk from the Spa resort. Big spacious private parking for the hotel guests. Rooms are very clean and perfect very clean linen. The room had 2 brand new air conditioners , obviously installed not long ago. Bathrooms had earbuds and cosmetic cottons which is very thoughtful of ladies' comfort. Continental breakfast is worth the money - the same that big hotels have but it is cheaper than in other places. Stayed here 5 years ago and it is it was hard to recognize the place - the new owners are taking such a good care of the hotel that you feel yourself at home. Everything that was possible to fix and repair - was fixed and repaired as I was in pleasant shock from all the changes since my last stay here. Check out the design of the rooms - the lady owner puts her heart into every single detail in the hotel and I felt warmly welcome back. It feels like home here, I did not feel like a client, I felt like a very welcomed guest or even a friend. The water in the hotel is exquisite - they have their own spring supplying the hotel with water. The price is extra pleasant bonus. The discount for the Spa is 20% and you can get the discount from the owners whenever you come, even if it is way too early before the check in time. My room was available at noon and I got in earlier and got the discount for the spa do I had an extra day actually. The man makes best coffee in the area for sure. He also helped me out with minor car fix ( helped me to the local car service). Rooms are non smoking, very safe to stay with children. The place you want to come back to. The good thing the place has new owners.

I like it because i was in walking distance to Therma Laško. The facility was nice, the room was on the smaller scale but ok we only slept there. it was clean and the bathrome to.

The only thing i didn't like where the stars to the upper floor they were narrow and chude have another railing for safety.

The owner was really nice and made us feel very welcome, and breakfast was very good and not as expensive as in other hotels :) all in all amazi g value for money. We also got discount at the pools and saunas at two different locations which was great :D

There was a bit of mold in the shower, but nothing drastic

This is a cute little guesthouse in the green sorroundings! We liked the location in the quiet and green area and the owner who was polite and attentive. The beds are extremelly comfortable so we slept wonderful through the night. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is continental with the great coffee served from the bar :)

Nothing, everything was ok.

It was good for 1 night. Just to sleep over.

Rooms are small and stairs in the room are really steep, which might be challenging for children.
