Excellent breakfast, lots of variety. Exceptional staff in all areas, so friendly and always trying to help. We went to Hotel Grof to ride bikes and the riding is lovely and varied, bike storage and transport is perfect, fantastic easy to follow routes, minimal traffic. Cycling clothes washing done efficiently and free of charge. We felt really welcomed and valued, highly recommend. We have special dietary requirements and the staff always tried to help accommodate them.

The hotel is nicely decorated with the details such as little drawings at the bottom of the walls, which make it special. We really enjoyed our stay there. It is nice to get up in the morning and have a view of nature, although the hotel itself is situated not far from the highway, anf thus easily reachable.

The breakfast area is actually a caffe that seems to be visited also by outside guests, making it quite crowded and loud at times. On our first day we showed up for breakfast only to find the entire area full, so we had to wait. Luckily the staff told us we could sit in the restaurant area, which is cosy.

We recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness was impeccable; everything was spotless and well-maintained. The room was not only clean but also extremely comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a clean, comfortable stay with excellent breakfast offerings

- silence and relaxing surroundings - the best receptionist we've ever interacted with (Natalia), she provided us a lot of useful information and was open to all our questions and concerns - interesting concept of barhroom - overall it was clean with some points to improve here and there - sauna for four was very nice, the room is only for you and it's equipped with lots of towels, they have also arranged a small snack with fruits, tea and water. - decent restaurant, I think there were different chefs and some were better than others - diversified breakfast, decent but not exceptional. Coffee was so bad, but the espresso was great instead.

- the sauna coats were not clean, either not washed at all either not properly washed - a misunderstanding regarding one meal followed by some discussions with one of the waiters which were finally handled professionally by Natalia

The decor, furnishings and artwork were all well presented and it felt very upscale. The beds were comfy and there was good lighting in the room. The breakfast was awesome! So much choice and everything delicious with only one day there I didn’t get a chance to try everything.

The restaurant was the weakest part of our stay. The food was not the best quality. At least what we had , we did not have pizza but maybe that would have been better.

I stayed at the Hotel Grof for 3 day biking holiday. We loved three things about this property: A) the food for breakfast and dinner was delicious. the yogurt was from a local farm. prices were nearly half of what you get at a similar hotel in Ljubljana B) the rooms and facilities were top notch. clean and modern. they have some nice stylistic touches in the rooms, dining areas and even some hidden gems throughout the property. C) we did three days of cycling. the hotel is a perfect launch point for Biking adventures. Matic, the biking guru, helped us greatly by making customized routes, dispensing advice and even led us through the Logarska Dolina with explainations that made it definitely worth the effort. an amazing experience.

As always perfect breakfast, great location nearby the highway, parking lot, a plenty for free, big rooms with comfortable bed, almost noiseless air conditioner. aaaaand the Restaurant superlative courses FANTASTIC FOOD!!*****+

Cleaning staff are already packing up between 6. am and 8 am to start cleaning the rooms. Unfortunately, you can hear it through the door

Impeccable, beautiful and clean hotel for reasonable price, exceptional additional services for cyclists, super friendly and helpful employees - especially Luka, who kindly helped us with cycling routes recommendations, receptionist and waiter at dinner, fabulous food - lamb with mint pea puree and roast potatoes is a must try! The hotel really exceeded our expectations.

This was the 2nd time for us in this hotel, and we enjoyed again a lot. Very comfortable and clean room, well equipped, suitble for any needs. The sauna is perfect, including tee, coffe, water and selection of tasty fresh fruits. The most enjoyable is the kitchen of the connected restaurant. Hardly to find any negatives on it. The same valid for the breakfast. The staff of the hotel did everything to make our stay unforgattable. Special thank you to all of them! The hotel is also equipped for bikers, hikers and skiers targeting the nearby hilly regions. For us this hotel a real hidden gem, where we will come back again and again.

Sauna can be booked only based on availability, but on other hand is private, ie. in your booked time slot no other will disturb your sauna session.

Everything. Perfect location for cycling. The hotel and its offering is simply outstanding. Rooms perfect and quiet. Breakfast outstanding. Service around everything connected to bikes , really awesome. Especially to mention Luca the guide - thanks for everything. Seeing you soon again. Hvala.
