The breakfast is very good. They serve espresso and that is great! The staff is very kind and helpful. We like hotel "Kras" and we have staid here several times. The location is near to the high road and it is suitable to stop for a rest. The hotel is very clean and peaceful. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. Another advantage is the underground parking.

There was no coffee/ tea selection in the room. One should expect such service for this price. There is no charging station for electric cars in the garage.

Hotel Kras in Postojna is a lovely choice for your stay. The hotel offers a variety of nice breakfast options, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Its central location is a major plus, as it’s just a 10-minute walk from the famous Postojna Cave. The spacious rooms and bathrooms are a highlight, providing plenty of comfort, and the bed and pillows are exceptionally cozy for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it's a great option for anyone visiting the area!

The only downside to my stay at Hotel Kras was that the garage comes at an extra cost. Although it's just a few euros, I believe it should be included in the room rate for a more seamless experience.

We were upgraded to a suite free of charge which was lovely. Central location, good room size (obviously), and decent breakfast.

Breakfast was served until 10, we turned up at 9.31 and the staff looked at and spoke to us as if we had done something wrong, they were 80% of the way cleared up! There was no good morning or welcome, just an unpleasant “oh, you have 20 minutes”… Weren’t impressed by the sauna in the suite costing an extra €40 either.

The hotel's location is excellent, with quick access to the highway and many restaurants. I have to say thank you to Mrs. Marisa at the front desk; she tried her best to provide great service, even as she was learning her job.

The breakfast left lots to wish for; the hot food was warm, not hot. The plates and coffee cups were cold, making the coffee instantly cold. It seems like the hotel is run by very young staff with very little experience; the front desk is only open from 0700 to 2300. After those hours, no one can help you with any issue.

The property has a brilliant location and the staff were extremely helpful, kind and communicative. The room was a brilliant size and was well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great pressure - all throughout the room was extremely clean. Our room also had amazing views!!

We were a little unsure about all of the options available for breakfast e.g. some guests were offered coffee from behind the bar (espresso barista style) whereas others used an automatic coffee dispenser.

Location is exactly on the main square of Postojna town. Excellent breakfast, good variety. Location is better than staying at Postojna Jama hotel ( even that Jama hotel is cheaper) as you can walk around the town and select restaurant as per our taste.

Payment of 6 Eur for car parking of the hotel guest paying apartment for 3 persons is not appropriate as per my experience for such small town living only of visit to the cave. Parking fee is OK for someone not hotel guest coming to the main square and to the Restuarant.

This is a lovely hotel. Perfect for visiting the caves and the castle if you want to be away from the crowds. Really comfortable rooms, excellent service, good and plentiful breakfast and handy garage under neath. Only a 1km walk to the caves from here but you can then enjoy the local bars and restaurants after your visit. Don’t miss pizzeria Minutka!

No restaurant - but actually not missed. There is a fab bar, cafe and ice cream - and makes you eat locally.

The location was great for visiting the caves, accessing the restaurants and using the ATMs for cash etc, right next to the post office and a short walk (very uphill) to the train station. Our room was large, clean, quiet and had some toiletries included. The view over the mountains was magnificent at sunset. Very clean. They let us check in at 2pm instead of 3pm which was good as we were very tired and we arrived on Sunday so not much was open. Very good breakfast! Quick turnaround on our laundry and not too expensive. Good selection of booze at the bar!

They do not serve food besides breakfast, there are not that many places to eat in Postojna away from the cave so it would have been good to be able to get a sandwich or something. The beds were okay, not super comfy but not bad either. We did not have any coffee in our room which was a shame, we had a couple of teabags but more refreshment options in the room would be good.

The hotel is in the absolute centre of Postojna,,just 2 minutes with car from Postojna jama.Thete is a parking beneath the hotel,connected with the reception.It is 6 euro for 24 hours. We had the most executive room in the hotel on the 5 floor with amazing panoramic view and sauna.Yes ,no kidding - sauna.The room was enormous and spacious.Breakfast - ok.

Very well located - 10 min by walking to Postojna Cave - with comfortable rooms well equipped with all amenities that a traveler needs and good breakfast, Hotel Kras offered a nice one night accommodation for us. Hotel have an underground car parking with 6 Euro/night fee and all check-in/check-out formalities went fast and very well. We gladly recommend this location!
