The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making check-in and stay a breeze. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute drive to Orpen gate and 30 minutes from Acornhoek mall and doctors (for those unexpected events). The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with good aircon and backup generators, which is sure to be a relief during power outages. I also appreciated the simple on-site takeaway options - the burgers were delicious! Overall, I found this accommodation to be excellent value for money. Great combination of comfort, convenience, and affordability.

My only minor quibble was that the beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but that's just personal taste.

The welcoming staff was very friendly and helpful. The property and rooms are very nice and clean, and I love the fact that there is aircons in the rooms. It was a quiet environment. A Small pool will be an advantage. Love the bushveld feel, and the quiet nights.

The locals come there to drink, it should not be available for locals to sit down and drink. Hope this is not going to turn into a local drinking hole. We did not stay for the full 3 days, as the restaurant could not sell any meals, because they didn't have any chips. So we left on the second morning. There are "braai" facilities available, which we did make use off, but no cutlery available in the room to use for the braai, Can the shop please sell plastic cutlery and paper plates, if you don`t want to supply cutlery in the rooms? This would have made the braai experience much better

Comfy basic and clean accommodation nearby Orpen gate. Very friendly staff member even provided a braai for us. There is no cutlery or anything like that so one must bring that themselves. We ordered pap and sheba from the restaurant that went well with our braai! Beds are comfortable and shower also good. Overall good price quality specially when Kruger is fully booked!

There is nothing for self catering! We ordered baquettes for breakfast take away, one with tuna and one with chicken. They were really bad, that bad that we actually could not eat them! R115 per baquette!

The staff really went out of their way to accommodate us. I had s foot operation and they moved us so that there is less walking for me to do. That evening they also brought our food. Every body there was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every thing was clean and neat and in a good working condition.

We arrived at night and were very unsure of where to turn. Maybe if there can be a road sign giving you an idea of how far to go still for example 1 km or 500 m.

Our expectations were exceeded! The container had everything we needed: aircon, comfortable beds, plenty of plugs to charge your phone/camera etc, kettle with coffee/tea, clean towels. Daily room service was a bonus! It was also very safe and secure!! We absolutely loved everything about our 4 night stay and will definitely recommend SleepOver Orpen! Bonus: it's very close to Kruger Orpen gate!

Loved everything!

I loved the fact that it was very close to Orpen Gate. The place was very clean, the chef was sweet and the food (though simple) was so amazing.

The manager/ female receptionist was not welcoming, she was cold and just mean. We ordered our food through her and waited almost an hour, only to find that she did not tell the chef about our order. The chef had to come personally apologize for that and because she was at least nice, we stayed to eat.

The proximity with the Park It s a very moderate rate The hotel is modern and looks very new

They are 2 rooms attached by unit. So depending on your neighbour it can be uncalm or noisy. The separation being very thin. We had noisy neighbours enjoying the TV and they are in their right but : I just don't understand the lack of empathy from the management for travellers who need to have a good sleeping night when they give to others travellers the room next to ours when there are a number of other units avallable. So the job is not properly done

Excellent location, very neat, and safe. Security guard and well fenced off... will definately stay here again!! Bonus was that the cafeteria was still open even though we arrived after 19h00 and we could have a quick dinner. Staff even brought it to our room!

It was really not a problem but the generator had to kick in couple of times as it was raining and something tripped a couple of times. But generator worked well...

After a 12 hour drive from Durban, we arrived just after 20h00, we arrived with a warm greeting from Derrick the security guard. Oppress at the reception desk, was amazing, so friendly & welcoming. Oppress did not just hand over our room keys, he took us to the room, opened the doors, checked if the electricity was in order, checked if the aircon / heater was working, he checked the temperature of the water in the taps. I was so impressed with the attention to detail & how super friendly & engaging the staff were with the guests. Will definitely visit again for a longer visit.

An amazing place to connect with your significant others. The staff from was so friendly. It’s secure. Reasonable prices on their goods in the restaurant and mini market. Food we ordered was so amazing, arrived steaming hot which made it a great highlight. Close to Kruger national park gate. Room was clean. Value for money indeed.
