The check-in process went very smoothly. Even before arriving at the accommodation, the host provided clear and helpful instructions, so I had no trouble at all. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated, and everything I needed for a comfortable one-night stay was thoughtfully prepared. While traveling, I’ve sometimes stayed in places that are surprisingly stingy with towels, which can be a bit disappointing. But here, I was pleasantly surprised to find more than enough towels hahaha. Thanks to this thoughtful hospitality, I had a very enjoyable and stress-free stay.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that it was quite cold — but I believe that’s just part of Dullstroom’s unique climate. Thankfully, there was an electric blanket on the bed and a heater provided in the room, so I was able to stay warm and sleep comfortably through the night.

The room was clean, comfortable, and neat. Everything worked well, and we appreciated the small extras like the electric blanket and water bottles. The owner contacted us in advance regarding the booking and I liked that we had the freedom to check in and check out unassisted (codes for the rooms were provided ahead of time). The property is conveniently situation in the middle of the town, walking distance from restaurants and attractions.

The main gate was left open/ unlocked until after 12pm, other than that everything was great.

It is a self check in accommodation which worked perfectly fine for us. Rooms are big and clean with an access to a common area patio that has a braai. It was chilly night and a bed warmer was a fantastic surprise!

Nothing. However the WI-FI was the unstable did not impact us as we had SothAfrican mobile Wi-Fi. As we arrived at night we had difficulty locating our room as the glass door for the ground floor had no signage later we encountered another guest having the same issue - a simple sign with room numbers will solve it.

Perfect location, could walk to restaurants. Very safe, very clean. Highly recommend. Kids walked across the road in the mornings to get Seattle coffees while I waited in bed. Lovely resturant, wine tasting for mom and bubble tea shop right infront of accommodation and excellent deli. Brilliant value for money

No cupboards please add hangers to the clothing rack. Please add towels railings and hooks on doors for coats. Wifi was not operational too many people using the same wifi

We visited the old station-were closed but still nice to visit-we went there with a few motorbikes and this place was centre to all restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a great night out with family and friends, will visit soon again.

We found all to be what we wanted and parked our motorbikes and walked all over doing pub visits and having visited a few nice restaurants. All in walking distance even the beer tasting went well, we will visit again.

Located in a brilliant spot, right in the centre of everything. Just parked & could walk everywhere. All was very warm & cosy with heater & electric blanket (only used heated blanket to heat up bed & turned off before sleeping - but still was really warm with the heater in room). Received a whatsapp before arrival with codes to get into property gate, accommodation door & room door. Very efficient

Only stayed one night so was suitable for our needs - so do not really have any issues we did not like. However, Wifi did not work well, we had to use our own wifi mobile router.

Very neat and tidy ,had such a Cosy feeling ,felt like home away from Home

The parking is a little tricky ,both nights seemed to be fully booked so parking was tough ,as we were parked inside and we were blocked from getting out ,however does encourage you to take that walk around town ,which was fun . If there is 1 thing other than parking ,a fan or aircon would be perfect and really round off the place

The Room was comfortable and neat. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze with very clear communication via WhatsApp. Location was perfect. Will definitely be back.

The bathroom had little to no ventilation. Cleaners will only come if requested in advance. Kitchenette should have a little stove. Braai area was dusty and not kept well.

We've stayed at Sleep@84 many times because it is so centrally located and the parking is safe and secure. The checking in process is seamless and Sonja ensures that you are well informed at all times. Rooms are clean and tidy.

It would be nice to have a bedside lamp next to the bed. There is not much room for clothing as there are no cupboards, and the only hanging rail had no hangers which means your clothes have to be folded in piles on a small surface. A bath mat for stepping out the shower would also be nice as we had to use a hand towel to keep the floor dry. And there are no towel rails or hooks to hang wet towels. However, these are minor things and we love this place and would recommend it to anyone.

We had just sleepover on the way to other designations . Centrally located on main street, walking distance to all the shops. It was cold at night/ but warming bedsheet was a savior. Hot shower / warm bed it is all you need.

Did not see any staff, but it is not a minus. All was automated and communicated in advance.
