The hosts Johan and Henda were amazing,very smooth check in process,very smooth check out process. I was given a jar of milk during check-in to put in my coffee and tea. The room was very clean and the TV had many channels to choose from. It was also in a quiet neighborhood which was really important as I was able to catch up on work with no noise distractions. I had a special request which Henda was very accommodating of and honored. If ever I was back in East London I would definitely stay here again.

Owner goes out of his way to make you feel welcome… The room is really well appointed and nothing is done on the cheap which I can’t say for many other places I’ve stayed

Nothing really, if I have to say southern it would be that parking is a bit of an issue but nothing that can’t be managed

Proffessional conduct. Willingness to assist. . Room was spacious , i had an upgrade to a sea view . The environment location is peaceful

The only unsatisfactory experience was when I had to leave early and thee was no direction on what to do with keys

Johan and his wife were very accommodating, super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.👌 Staff was friendly and we loved our view over looking the pool was super serene. We'd definitely book there again.

The location was good, nice quiet area. We didn't book for breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like, the only thing was the bed was a bit high for my mother so she struggled a bit but it wasn't an issue, so maybe just a suggestion to have rooms also suitable for the elderly with lower beds but it was very comfortable. My mom enjoyed her stay there.
