Great location. Comfortable room. Spacious table for working. Good restaurants, bar, spa and other amenities.

The quality of East London tap water is generally not good. Expected daily bottled water replenishment which was unfortunately not done. TV and fridge in room not working.

The area is clean and peaceful. The facilities are top of the range. The rooms are huge and there’s lots to do around the area.

My room kept on having issues with the shower. At first it was blocked and the bathroom was flooded after I had finished showering. I had to call house keeping to clean the room and the maintenance guy to unclog the shower. The shower had the same issue again in the morning the water was flooding the bathroom. The staff,especially when it was breakfast time was not very friendly. They were just too relaxed and they were not serving the people on time. When the breakfast buffet was ending they did not pay attention to the people that were still eating they kept on rushing to clean up the place even though there were still guests eating.

I accidentally pressed not to clean my room , but when I came back I asked for clean towels, the ladies came with fresh towels and took the dirty ones out

I had paid for breakfast, first day was okay. On the second day I called the lady at 6:31 ordering breakfast pack, I asked if it will be possible to pick it up at 6:50 she agreed. I got to the restaurant at 7am, ten minutes later than the agreed time and my breakfast wasn't ready. I was rushing to drop my kid to school, I waited for them till 7:15, then I left the hotel without having my breakfast. I complained because had she said earlier that my request wouldn't have been possible I would have understood as I know breakfast packs are ordered a night before. and when I got to the kitchen I wasted 15 minutes waiting for them but I had to leave.

Breakfast? Didn’t have that, we purposely didn’t include it on our booking. The location? I am a huge fan of see view, so am happy! Oh! How can I leave this one out? You see the part where they assist you with your luggage? Wonderful!!! It’s a pity that we didn’t have cash with us, otherwise the gentleman who are doing this job were so professional,kind and very patient! Thank you😘😘😘 The fact that there was a music function happening in the hotel but it never affected our stay, this proves that you guys know how to take care of everybody’s needs comprehensively.

“Didn’t like” is a serious line for what am about to say. If your maintenance team could pay attention to the leaking toilet there in our room, it was nothing extreme though. Oh! And the pest control, I saw some cockroaches there by the bathroom. Other than these, I give you 5 star shame!

It is a place to be. I don't hesitate to visit again. A very quite place with spacious rooms. Heyyy! I liked the security company they did a great job especially the one's in the parking area once they hear any movement they quickly check who is that. I salute you guys. I'm speechless about ICC East London, what I can say is that I'm coming again

That thing of asking for toothpicks and wipes. Why don't you bring it with food?

The hotel's location, setup and staff are all amazing. The overall service you recieve is excellent, which definitely makes it worth a stay. The facilities are clean, neat and very easily accessible, absolutely 5/5

The only problem was with dinner service for both evening it took EXTREMELY long, the first night we waited an hour for room service and recieved cold food, and the second evening we thought perhaps if we eat in the restaurant it'll be faster as we haven't had other issue, we still waited for almost an hour. I would suggest that if this review helps the hotel, to ensure that your dinner service specifically runs a bit more smoothly and try to not take too long with the meals.

The view from my room was absolutely amazing Room was spacious and had all the facilities required Staff was friendly (reception, house keeping, restaurant, security, maintenence- it felt like a second hone Parking is safe and secured by security at the gate, at the main door, in all the parking lots Hotel location is marvelous, we could watch all festivities from the balcony- being part of them but not directly in the commotion. I give it 100%

2nd time here and this time round staff confirmed our sea facing room before our long drive here (which made up for the 1st time when they allocated us an average room although we paid weeks before for a sea facing room). Reception staff was much more helpful this visit than the 1st time - gladly accommodated us for a late check out since my wife needed more rest after a long drive. Kitchen staff also very helpful. Hope to be back when we are in the area again.

Kitchen ran out of mushrooms for omelette. Quite a few people asked for this.

The room was very spacious, clean a with the spectacular views of the sea and the pool. We had a very nice breakfast and all that was excellent. We have enjoyed everything related to this.

I did not like the fact that the room was not ready for us to check in and we had to wait for an hour for cleaning to take up. The receptionist did not even apologies' for such and this not the first time to arrive here to find the room not yet ready

I liked almost everything about the hotel, its beautiful and the location is good close to the beach a d restaurants.

Their Wifi wasnt stable also they have to do something with their Tv. This is not the era for dstv, worse off channels were limited and the signal was always unavailable. I think its wise to go for smart Tvs at least this gives guests freedom to watch what they like.
