Dave was only accommodating and generous during my stay. I was staying at Pollock's B&B while working and as a newcomer to EL, and he went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and that I was content. The rooms were lovely, the facilities were convenient, and the location was ideal.

The host was very friendly, she helped us with finding a good restaurant for the evening. The stay included breakfast, we really liked that we could choose the components of our breakfast. The room is quite big and the bathroom is gorgeous.

It was a bit muggy in the room and we saw multiple cockroaches.

The room was quiet and even though you have other people staying with you, it felt private.

The towels couldn't dry due to the humidity, but guesthouse did provide alternatives.

We did not have breakfast, but the location was ideal. The owner welcomed us and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The coffee, and rusks were very weak and bland.

The room was spacious and well laid out with a good WiFi connection. The bed was really comfortable. Appreciated the variety of options on offer for a lovely breakfast. Best was our host Dave that went out of his way to ensure we are at home, recommended the best places to eat and even assisted when we had our car break down.

My expectations were exceeded. I am happy to return and recommend to anyone who would ask. Pollocks is a groundbreaker in the B&B scene of East London.

the host placed enormous trust in us and made us feel welcome. We were able to park our bus in the garage. We could choose the breakfast in the vrofeld and it was brought to our room. we have been very satisfied.We are infinitely grateful to him for his help and would love to come back.

Everything went smoothly and well. we have nothing to complain about and are very satisfied with the accommodation and also with the hosts. We can recommend everyone to spend their days off there!
