The inside parking is not convenient

I like everything about that place, its nice, clean and when you there they make you fell at home..... I would like to recommend to anyone outside there to go and expirience the good time. ❤️❤️❤️🤗 I really enjoyed 🥰🤞

Only there fridge was too small and everyone using one fridge, we endup some of our things stay out of the fridge....

Welcoming environment? Easy to find, staff is very friendly? Very clean rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen It looks better than what I saw on pictures? It exceeded my expectations, Next time, I visit EL I am surely booking at JFT

I did not like shared bathrooms, BUT they kept them clean all the time. ,, it was not a biggie at the end.

I loved the fact that its central and accessible to all the stores and restaurants near by. Plus Bolt always responds fast in that area which is also a bonus.

The geyser wasn't always on and at one point we had to have a cold shower in the morning just because of this error, we couldn't wait for the geyser to the make the water hot because we had to be at work early in the morning but this was very frustrating at best.

Cleanliness, bed comfort, staff friendly and accommodating and their kitchen is well cleaned

What I didn't like was people smoking Dagga around the area, wake us up to move the car, Noise and no privacy if don't lock the door people just enter your room and say they are lost

It was very clean and they had comfortable beds

It was noisy. There were no facilities in the room not even a TV

The place is perfect as I was there for business and it's central to the shops and restaurants. You can braai and cook for yourself the place is amazing.

Please make sure the water is warmer at least.

I loved the service, it was excellent. Ludwe was excellent, so humble and friendly,always willing to aasist. Went above and beyond to meet all our needs. The service from the guys at the service desk is enough make a loyal guest forever. The place is exceptionally clean, everything you need is inside the units. I was very pleased, very comfortable throughout our stay. Definitly my spot in E.L.

-Please focus on making sure guest do not make too much noise, play loud music etc. It becomes too much for guests that just want to relax in their rooms. - please train house keeping staff not to talk to the guest and make all kinds of nasty remarks when they are cleaning with the guests around. That made me very unhappy. Some of them where rude and their behaviour completely uncalled for. I do not think they are supposed to remind guest about house rules or anything like that. They can assist only if the guest asks for assistance.

Space,set up of whole apartment

Linen should be changed atleast after 2days of stay, some of us are their for only the weekend ussaully some places everyday you get your room cleaned up as much as the Linen won't be changed daily but room remains smelling fresh so I advise cleaners should start also cleaning guests rooms and another thing is adapters or plugs I suggest that apart from lending out the few adapters the property may have rather get those sockets that have places for one to charge

😁😁🤗 I think jfz self catering is the best. Staff and the owner of the place they are very nice, friendly. I can recommend to anyone. I enjoyed every moment.
