Easily accessible from main road. Room had spectacular ocean views. Check out was at 10:30 and Housekeeping did not knock before then. Overall worth the money for a one night stay.

No sockets near the bed, bring your own adapter to charge at the kettle or hair dryer sockets, or move the wooden desk for a socket. Front Desk employees yelling instructions across the foyer to who I presume was a porter whilst another Receptionist was checking me in. No need for everyone to hear which room needs shower gel or toilet paper. Shower gel and shampoo in the shower were turned to locked position. Needed to almost unscrew the tops whilst busy showering to get some liquid dispensed.

Please stop the bonus questions tactic on this feedback and evaluation. It is similar to click baiting and quite time wasting. I liked my room design structure and size with all the facilities like coffee making, fridge, lounge setup and study desk.

The downside was the non-working telephone. I had to use my airtime even when calling reception and the restaurant. I wish you could have a microwave in the room. Your restaurant distance from the rooms was another negative for me, considering my challenges with climbing stairs and walking rough surfaces. I ended up ordering in and your tray charge cost me a lot of money that my employer cannot reimburse.

"The hotel does not include breakfast in the room fee, but this is not clearly communicated. Guests may assume it is included unless they specifically ask. Even small guest houses in rural areas make this clear upfront. Additionally, there is a plumbing issue in the bathroom—when turning on the shower, the tub faucet also runs, and vice versa. This needs to be fixed for a better guest experience."

The view, parking space, the room size.The staff at the reception and security were so warm and helpful. I enjoyed my quiet time.

1.The telephone number to be contacted for room service for breakfast is not listed on the menu. I repeatedly called the 50006 that is listed without any success. I ended up missing breakfast. I became aware of that only after 12h00 , so much inconveniencing. 2. The couch in the room hallway is very old and uncomfortable. It's actually painful to sit on it. 3. WiFi is not reliable, the TV kept on freezing.

The amazing sea views and the size of the balcony. The stylist spacious room. The room had everything eg aircon, bar fridge, coffee station, enough towels and extra blanket. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The work desk was also big enough and had a comfortable chair. Hotel is close to restuarants and shops.

Hotel is close to the main road, cars playing loud music came around 4am and parked just opposite the hotel. Be mindful of such noise.

We were given an upgrade after a concern regarding our room, which was very appreciated. The staff seemed lovely and helped us have a comfortable move in.

Our first room had some mould on the side of the bath, and for the last night of our stay, the tap water was yellow and spluttering. Additionally, the bathroom light was flickering on and off despite the light switch being off.

Did not go for breakfast so can not comment. The location is very good and the staff friendly but it can be annoying having to go to the 4th floor to iron clothes - not serious but maybe I just miss hotels where they bring a ironing board and iron to your room!

The bar was closed on one night of my stay which was mildly annoying. There is no undercover parking so that meant running in the rain! The room service and in-room wi-fi is not impressive - resorted to UBEREats for dinner!

Beautiful and clean

The harassment by the cleaning staff, two and half hours before check out time. The constant knocks and attempting to gain entrance to the room, is greatly disheartening.

Establishment is located close to the beach, and our room is facing the ocean, of cause the place give one the value of the money. The staff is very welcome and friendly, always willing to assist us. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay along the beach
