The people working at reception are very welcoming the likes of Anele, Asive and another lady from the former Transkei

It came to my astonishment to be told that I wld pay for the braai facilities if I want to use braai area and if I come with my braaied meat I wld not utilise the dining room I wld eat it in the room

The environment very peaceful, Staff super friendly special the Lady in Reception (APHELELE) she makes you feel at home and always willing to assist , The beds very much comfortable.

The breakfast needs a lil bit improvement was nice though scale of 10 would be 5

The variety offered at breakfast was wonderful. They should just try to have everything ready by 7am for those who need to leave early, otherwise it was good. I had supper and that was so amazing !!!!!

When we walked into the room were amazed at the design, the luxurious look, it had those vintage modern vibes. Its the best stay we've had yet. Shout out to the stuff and everyone else that made our romantic weekend away the greatest.

We were disappointed with the cleaning stuff who never came back to clean the room after we asked them nicely to come back 30minutes later because we still busy bathing at the time they arrived for cleaning, that was the only down side of our experience.

Everything was great, the rooms were clean and the service was great

I didn't like that the reception called me and tell me that there's no space for my family and there's nothing they can do they working with walk ins... But in the end after all that frastruation everything was sorted

The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The team were awesome - everyone was so friendly and welcoming. You only had to ask for something and someone would help. Loved our stay there.. would definitely book again

Staff was very friendly because I even requested to arrive early before my arrival time and they accepted my request. I liked the location because it was very close to where I was writing my Assessment I didn't even use my car to go there.The breakfast was delicious. Thank you Park Place staff I would definitely come back but please consider to clean or change your carpets.

Carpet of the room that they gave me first had a very bad smell, I asked for the air freshener hoping that bad odour will go away. There was no toilet paper I had to ask for it.And I think they knew about that smelling because when I arrived the room was already opened I told the staff about my experience and they didn't hesitate to change me into another room which was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing, very dilicious, that place is so beautiful and comforting

The location is a bit far from the beach

The staff are amazing hosts and the facilities are great. Very good pool.

The towels are not clean and there were no flat sheets. The breakfast was tasty but under whelming for the price.

Very friendly and helpful staff; going out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The room we were allocated had pests in the form of cockroaches as it was close to the refuse yard.
