The view was very beautiful The bathroom was okay and The lights in the room were bright enough in a way that our evening pictures were popping

The other bed was too far from the others. Nobody took me to the room for tour .... I struggled with the lights, they didn't tell me what to do in order for the lights to be on, until i went to the reception and ask. The WiFi kept on disconnecting.... Other than these everything was okay, and we're happy.

I loved how the staff was very responsive. Our initial room had a water pressure issue and they moved us to a better room no questions asked. The cleaning stuff was so patient with us as we would sometimes leave early morning and then come back during cleaning times. Osner has great customer care.

Sometimes it did seem as if the lobby or passages were not being cleaned/vacuumed every day. They might just need to improve on that part.

Comfortability of the beds and the sea facing. Staff were friendly. They have the welcoming face.

We booked for 3 adults in the room but they supplied us with 2 cups 1 glass. There was no phone in the room. We have to go to the reception when we need something. Floor rug is 'ot smooth, it's a little bit rough. Duvet cover was torn. No microwave in the room and bar fridge

Great value for money! Comfortable beds. Amazing sea view. Wi-Fi connectivity greatest by the door. Amazing staff. Second visit to this place in 3 months! Definitely returning soon.

Limited parking space. Make sure you use 1 car if you’re a group of 3. Be careful when driving out through the exit if you’ve got a small car. Your bumper will hate you!

The bedding , room and bathrooms were clean Airconditioning Safe gated parking for my car Rooms were bigger than expected

When we got there our card did not work and we had to be moved to a different room The windows overlooking the ocean was terribly dirty The elevator was making noise when going up or down and I did not see any last inspection notices inside the elevators. Doors makes a terrible rattling noise when they are closed

Quietness and breakfast was the best. The hotel is exactly what is advertised on page

Change the advertising that there is no parking as if parking is public on street. And that the wifi is being paid R90 for 24 hrs . I was shocked to find that parking is safe and secured. Wifi is free I was glad about it.

Only the view

I didnt like the fact that I have to go to reception to get the towels. And on the second day there were no towels and the 2nd room have no soap and coffees and sugar. And the lady said she want the towels and 9:10 and we were not finished bathing(with our soap and our towels).

The breakfast was good though the seeds eg pumpkin,chia etc were not refilled but overall was fantastic.i had small misunderstanding regarding payment of breakfast but the Supervisor and i sorted it amicably.The staff members were very good and understanding.

Initially i thought it was a hostel but when i got inside ,i found it to be best.The view and a training parking base were just the best for me.

I like everything except there was no fridge and microwave in rooms, but the manager provides us with ice cubes Bed are comfortable, The security guy keep to good work for solving those inconsiderate ppl who made noise turning this comfortable hotel into a tarven

Noise of that stupid guests I suggest the management can fine guest who do noise after hours..
