The spacious room, the friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. I stayed in room 5 for a week and there’s a young lady who cleaned the room and what an exceptional and dedicated human being!!!! She’s amazing, I hope she gets a raise or a big December bonus or a promotion!!!!

Nothing at all but they could install waterproof carports in the parking areas. That would be awesome, this doesn’t take away the greatness of the place

A secure and very clean hotel that is well looked after with pleasant gardens and small lake. A good breakfast which was freshly cooked by attentive staff. A convenient stop over for East London airport

It’s positioned far enough away to feel secure from central East London which is not safe unfortunately.

Excellent location close to amenities. Beautifully and modern ,spacious and impeccable rooms . The staff in this hotel is absolutely amazing and friendly .Breakfast is nicely curated and tasty while overlooking a lovely quarry lake, really special

The service was great!

1. The cleaner cleaning cups and glasses in the bathroom. 2. The cleaner not replacing but retrieving and folding dirty face clothes I had thrown in the corner earlier in the day to be washed. Not Cool!

From the security to the kitchen staff, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The place is so clean! The food was also delicious, their fruit was fresh, which is never the case at most places.

The pillows - they need a refurb. It would also be great to have more than 4 milk sachets.
