I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and cleanliness provided during our recent stay. Uncle Joseph and Carol at Reception were incredibly warm and professional—truly a pleasure to interact with. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to the day shift cleaning staff on duty from May 6 onward; your hard work and friendliness did not go unnoticed. I regularly stay here with my children whenever we need accommodation in town, as we’re not from here—though I work in the area. The consistent quality of service and the humble, welcoming staff make it feel like a second home. Keep up the great work!

That said, I would recommend that rooms be inspected on a regular basis. In our room, one of the bed lights weren’t working, and the window didn’t close properly, which let in an uncomfortable breeze. These small issues can make a difference in comfort. Other than that, no complaints. Keep up the great work!

The place was clean. The parking was safe. There are restaurants nearby so we didn't struggle to get something to eat before bed. The carpet is maintained. There was no funky smell in the rooms we were in. The rooms were opposite of each other. Thank you for this.

The rooms aren't really spacious, but it is too late for this comment because the building will not be taken apart :D. The floor also got really wet after a shower and we had nothing to dry it with. There was one towel for a 3-sleeper. The towel had to be used on the floor to avoid water from reaching the carpet.

Nothing everthing was fine, happy and safe (not gonna say perfect cause then it would feel like im over selling my self lol) We had our 1st official family bucket list check. Book a one night stay at a motel.

Just attention to the small things eg 1. That the remote works, and if it doesn't try by hand to switch it on, then whipping your hand over the top and it's just dust and, 2. A please help yourself with a free cup of coffee at the checkout, save us as a quick trip to the garage, and pay R100 for your cuppa for 3

Went out to buy food on my return small gate was closed. To get inside was a huddle there were showers outside. I was never told that gates are always closed whereas when I first slept there I found small gate wide open. I asked this guy at reception, he was like "Ama gate ahlele avaliwe la", his response tone was rude. They should just fix this issue of pedestrian entrance cos wow it's just a mess

There is no breakfast, but there is a Wimpy nextdoor. Excess to Wimpy is through a small gate. The gate opens via speaker control. There is a coffee station. Free coffee in hotel reception. Slept well.

The topbunker for a child to sleep on. Bang my head a couple of times, during my stay.😭

I loved that there was Free coffee in reception. The location of the hotel. The room is very clean. There is Woolies food at the Engen and a Burger King next door. Your own Aircon in the room. Plus, it's very affordable

I could not get the TV to work. Should probably have asked someone to come and have a look.

Staff was professional..rooms clean. Sbsn though ghe surrounding areas had no water that did not.affect us.

The room.basin is too small water spills quickly. The basin sink water went down slowly.

The location was great, on the road next to a filling station and a shopping complex not so far.

the basin didn't drain as you used water, so it fills up then after a while drains.

Very friendly and engaging front-of-desk staff. Rooms are neat. Value for money for travelers. Excellently located too... close to all amenities.

WiFi Code could be placed inside the rooms.

Nice friendly staff. Good location right off the highway, easy to break up our road trip in the evening, and continue on our way the next morning. Gas station, small grocery store and burger joint next door convenient for meals on the run. Felt safe.

Room pretty small but we arrived in the evening and left fairly early the next morning so it was perfect for what we needed - sleep!
