The staff deserves special mention – they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. Their helpful and attentive attitude truly added to the warmth of the stay. The food was a delightful surprise, exceeding my expectations with its variety and quality. Every meal was delicious and carefully prepared, catering to different tastes while maintaining a high standard. As for the rooms, they were immaculate! It’s evident that cleanliness and neatness are a top priority for the hotel. The rooms were not only spotless but also very comfortable, making it easy to unwind and relax after a day of exploring.

Room was neat and clean. Cleans towels provided. A bonus was the room also had a microwave. This is not found in many hotels. Breakfast was excellent. Good variety. Even catered to our "Hindu needs" as we don't eat beef or pork. Real value for money. Dinner was well prepared and very good. As a point of note - more options should be included in the al la carte menu.

Rooms need to be ready on time. Check-in time is 2pm At this time ALL rooms should be ready. Need more waiters especially during dinner time. Our drinks order took very long to come. We waited for about 25 min before order was received.

The food was okay. The menu was the same for the 3 breakfast we ate,and spoiled the breakfast. The room was clean and the comfortable beds

I didn't like repeated menus.We were not provided water in our room. Shower cap was only provided in our first day and thereafter no more.Body wash was not provided on the second day until I made a request from the reception. I would suggest that the hotel purchase a shuttle to ferry clients from the airport

Staff were friendly, the hotel was clean. The only issue was the restaurant. A bit of a wait to get drinks and order off the menu as opposed to the buffet. Also, with it being my first visit to the hotel I wasn't sure how the payment for the restaurant worked and wasn't sure who to ask regarding it. But staff were very friendly and helpful overall.

Not enough putt putt sticks. Had to go to thr kiosk like five times to keep checking. Otherwise everything else was great.

A secure environment, peaceful private but so accommodating, I love the place soon much....A hats off for Mr.Shange one of the security officials at the beach, indeed charity begins at home....his customer care is so exceptional and you could see that what he do is what he learnt from home... he brings home away from home .. a father for All of us, very knowledgeable...he deserves a commendation.... the staff in its entirety loves what they are doing.....I will visit the place repeatedly without being bored

The food was exceptional, the staff were very friendly, and the view was breath taking especially the rising sun in the morning.

The Spa was quite disappointing, when one books at a Protea hotel there is an expected standard or level of ambience expected especially at their Spa. The nail polish was running out and the lady kept on tipping the bottle over, the massage rooms are tiny. The feeling I got at this Spa was that of a back room Spa at the location. The staff was very friendly at the Spa and they knew what they were doing, my disappointment is more on the facility that needs to be upgraded to the level of the brand Protea hotel.

Everything. It was really convenient to have Dinner at the hotel and not have to go out. The room was very comfortable and clean with a sea view.

I would just have liked the dressing table to have been UNDER the mirror on the wall with better lighting.The dressing table was on an adjacent wall but I managed to do my hair in the morning..

The location is excellent, you can see the beach from your window. The staff is friendly, their buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing. They have an Olympic size swimming pool, we enjoyed it very much. They allowed us early check in, and late check out, upon our humble request. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely nothing to critique.

It was awweeeeeeeesooooome, every item on the menu was fresh and there was a variety from cereals, mushrooms, fruit salad with honey

Room service, the cleaning ladies they skipped my room and I had to ask some other ladies who were not allocated to clean my room to assist which they gladly obliged and I had to wait in the foyer

Professionalism courtesy and environmental hygiene. I also appreciated the fact that my suggestion from the previous feedback which was about the microwave oven was taken into consideration. The room had a microwave this time around.

Some crockery will help but I appreciated the fact that it was explained when I made an enquiry that I needed to call the reception for assistance. Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼
