Great location.....Relaxing environment....Staff were great and couldn't do enough....Heidi's cafe a must for breakfast!!

The relaxed atmosphere. Pretty Cool Runnings kinda vibe. Our host was super friendly. Loved listening to the waves in bed. Oh also I had initially booked a garden-facing cottage thinking it was sea-facing. They were most accommodating and I managed to get Driftwood Cottage. We really appreciated that. A minute's walk to the beach. A bit far from town but I knew that as I made the booking. All in all the place itself was my weekend.

Honestly, nothing.

The room was neat and clean and the outside yard has a nice beach view, i like that there are prices tables and chairs to eat outside and a braai area

The shower door that doesn’t fully close. Made showering unpleasant. And the TV and dstv didn’t work. As someone who has never used a gas stove. Would have been nice to have instructions. Had to watch tutorials videos But happy with everything else.

the facility is safe, close to the beach and a resturant serving the most delicious food and drinks for everyone. They have free wifi and the staff is reachable with a phone call anytime of the day.

I loved the room and the view i loved that it is close.to the beach and i loved the little cafe in the facility. The whole place is absolutely beautiful and we will be back

That there was no soap or shampoo in the room as mentioned in the advertisement,also we ran out of toilet paper and no staff was around to assist us this was before 10pm and our loadshedding light was not working

We did not eat breakfast there. The times did not work with us

Communication could have been better. We did not know that check in time was only at 14:00. We arrived at 6:30 in the morning and the rooms were not available. One of our friends wanted to leave instantly, we know the rules are standard but if the accommodation can communicate that with customers then that would be great. However, the guys on duties helped us and really accommodated us by proving us with a place to shower and a safe place to leave our bags. They really went out of the way to manage this misunderstanding/ miscommunication.

The security deposit; I wish they had made it clear that it’s charged per apartment not per booking. It helps for better budgeting in the guests’ side

I enjoyed the hospitality and the place was very nice. Good value for money.

The parking area is quite annoying. Never enough space.

I love something unique, down to earth but beautifully run with style and high standards. It had all of the above. Friendly, service orientated. The pool area is lovely. I enjoy the vibe with the people. The restaurant was special and the location is amazing right on the beach. Sunrises are highly recommended from the balcony.

Ansteys met all of our needs but others may expect more. It's a pity the shop isn't more presentable and open every day.
