Bed in room 4 was so comfortable. Wow the lady i met at the reception (i forgot her name) on the 28 when i was checking in,she help me with a smile and friedly. Service was on point. I would even recommend other people to book there.

Rubbish bin had no plastic. I think there should be a plastic in it. The room i was using had no curtain.

There was no breakfast included from the Hotel in which I was aware of but at least there were shops near by to buy what ever food you wish to buy in which it was a tick for me.

There lighting was dark because the window view was very closed to the building or Hotel next door, plus there was a urinal smell that was coming some how from the pipe line of the Hotel for some how.

Staff friendliness. The viewing & choosing of own bedroom. Cosy bedroom. Easily accessible by public/ private transport. Passage lighting.

Some lights were not working in the room. There was no coffee/ tea in the room. Not enough soap/ shower gel provided. No lifts/ elevator to access the upper floors.

When we were leaving the hotel at the reception an old lady I think she's in charge for caretaking she asked us aggressively if we didn't get anything when we came in the hotel I had no clue than she elaborated saying like " remote and towels" I said we did she said can I have it please we had to go back to the room and fetch things. I found it so unprofessional of her to send us as clients back,but in the future please let us know when we enter the hotel what is expected of us to do when we leave. Another thing is I almost got cut by a broken floor tile. Thanks

It is in the center of the city. It was a 1/2 km walk to DBN ICC WHERE I ATTENDED AFRICA'S TOURISM INDABA. I NEED TO USE TUDOR HOUSE HOTEL BY PAYING IN ADVANCE SO THAT I CAN CHECK IN @ ANY TIME.

Must have enough morning tea/coffee, morning and evening. Wifi is excellent.

Your rooms was clean but I have a complain with your TVs was not good at all not clear some other channels are not playing , please improve your TV other wise everything was good

Your bathroom and bed was good and comfortable

The hotel was exactly in town , I did not struggle to get to town it's just a walking distance. I would love to book it again, this time for the whole family for next December .I really loved it .

They don't cater for food , and their fridge is very small , which makes it difficult to buy your own stuff and keep it in the fridge . You have to limit your food.

I liked the openness of the room , it had enough space. The bed was more than comfortable .The bathroom was clean. The room was smelling great when we arrived. We got what we wanted comfort and peace.

The Tv channels , it was hard to watch what we wanted.

The Wi-Fi is really bad, you can't even log on google to search something. It is very poor. This time TV was fine but they must have many DSTV Channels, especially Supersport, Music or movies
