🌟 Exceptional Stay at Tudor! From start to finish, our experience at Tudor was flawless. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. We had no complaints at all—everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality accommodation.

My partner and I fell in love with the space as soon as we walked in, we don't like being in small spaces. I love the fact that in this hotel we actually had 2 pillows each, because I have sinus and I can't sleep flat. The room was the same as in the picture.

The fact that there's a TV, but it doesn't have DSTV for us to watch movies and it's not a smart TV so that we can at least connect our phones and watch Netflix. I don't like that we have to leave before 10:00, because we had a long day the previous day and we needed to sleep.

The guy at reception renders excellent customer care services🙏🙏. He's an asset to the organization. I'll definitely stay at Tudor again because of his service. I feel bad for forgetting his name. He's dark and has curly hair. Very professional and helpful.Give him a raise😅

The noise at reception area from other tenants. I think they were watching a soccer match. It wasn't too loud, it's just that my room was close to reception.

The place is well-located and accessible for all modes of transport. I was delayed for check-in due to traffic, but I was so happy that I still found staff, even late.

The fact that, as part of their terms and conditions, one must have R50 in cash for the key deposit and tag should be communicated earlier, not on the day of check-in, because some of us do not carry cash around.

Bed in room 4 was so comfortable. Wow the lady i met at the reception (i forgot her name) on the 28 when i was checking in,she help me with a smile and friedly. Service was on point. I would even recommend other people to book there.

Rubbish bin had no plastic. I think there should be a plastic in it. The room i was using had no curtain.

It's very convenient and is on the CBD. Their rates are reasonable and as well as parking was safe.

On the first day it was too noisy there were some guests who were fighting and shouting whom I believe they were drunk. Try to have a back up for electricity.

There was no breakfast included from the Hotel in which I was aware of but at least there were shops near by to buy what ever food you wish to buy in which it was a tick for me.

There lighting was dark because the window view was very closed to the building or Hotel next door, plus there was a urinal smell that was coming some how from the pipe line of the Hotel for some how.

Staff friendliness. The viewing & choosing of own bedroom. Cosy bedroom. Easily accessible by public/ private transport. Passage lighting.

Some lights were not working in the room. There was no coffee/ tea in the room. Not enough soap/ shower gel provided. No lifts/ elevator to access the upper floors.

The staff was super friendly.

The ironing facilities is on the ground floor hallway. It was too public. It would have been better if it was in a utility room. We did not have a chair in our room.

It is in the center of the city. It was a 1/2 km walk to DBN ICC WHERE I ATTENDED AFRICA'S TOURISM INDABA. I NEED TO USE TUDOR HOUSE HOTEL BY PAYING IN ADVANCE SO THAT I CAN CHECK IN @ ANY TIME.

Must have enough morning tea/coffee, morning and evening. Wifi is excellent.
