Cleanliness, pleasant helpful staff

The pillows in the rooms are very hard and so uncomfortable to sleep on. Good for aesthetics and definitely not to sleep on the whole night. More comfy feather or foam pillows appropriate for a good nights sleep will be ideal. I stayed for 4 nights and woke up each morning with a painful neck.

The staff is friendly. Mpume the housekeeper of our room was so good hearted

The phone in the room was not working. We were forced to go at reception if we need something like iron. They were people renovating the balcon without us knowing. It disturbed our privacy

The hotel should be strict with group guest as Nigerian guys who were allocated rooms next to our 107 made a noise until 03h00am up and down corridor laughter to a point I was not feeling safe anymore

All the places are very Clean and well came at the reception was very good. And the security are there every day for protection. Keep it up

Place is very clean but most importantly the staff was super friendly and helpful from security, front desk to housekeeping.

When I told someone where I was staying they asked "why do I stay at a hotel for prostitutes?" Is there something I'm missing I wondered.

The hotel receptionist were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The place looked exactly as advertised, with a clean, modern design that was both cozy and comfortable. It truly felt like home, with thoughtful touches throughout. •The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. •The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. •The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, ideal for working remotely. •The outdoor space was a lovely bonus for relaxation. •The hotel staff provided excellent local recommendations, making my stay even better. Overall, it was great value for money—I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a homey, stress-free experience

The room was so spacious and beautiful, the cleaning staff made sure that when we came back to our room at the end of the day it was like the first time we set foot in it. The hallways were clean and had a nice scent when walking through. Every staff member was so friendly and welcoming, for us particularly, Ms Mayanda at the reception and Mr Mbatha the security guard truly made us feel welcomed and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and the Aircon definitely was the star of our entire time there because it is so warm in Durban.

The rooms are quite clean and the staff is very nice. The aircon is super useful because Durban can be humid at night. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the cashier offered to hold our very active toddler while we ate. That left a good note.

Parking is charged at R50 extra and I felt it was too expensive. The toilet door can only close when you are inside the loo. When you come out you can't close it. It's not broken, it's the design. The toilet roll is 1 ply. I wasnt happy about that.

Their wi-fi was not very stable and I was fully dependent on it as a visitor from another country One night it was completely off After cleaning, they kept forgetting to leave tea packs and I ended up not even reminding them anymore. Just bought my own pack of tea because I'm a very reserved person After staying a full week with them, I kind of overdid the drinking on the last night and couldn't wake up on time the time of checking out. They called my room to tell me to check out and it was very embarrassing because I had to pack my bags at the reception Their bar didn't really have a lot of stock until on Friday. When I vacation, I drink everyday. But with them, if they had Gin, they didn't have tonic. If you opted to dash with juice, the Gin is finished after 2 rounds
