As always the breakfasts and all else was very good. Very efficient staff.

There was actually nothing to complain about, but I dont know whether its beyond the hotels reach to vacate the aggressive car gaurds standing in front of their property asking for money every time you leave or arrive. This really put a damper on the enjoyment of my stay there. This reeks of some protection racket, paying car guards to protect your car against themselves?? The solution was to go park at the nearby Checkers underground parking for R 50 a night. This went troubleless and to an extent got rid of the car guards demands. I dont know if the rest of the hotels on the parade suffers this same problem. I just wish the Parade could get rid of this, I really like staying there.

The location and the room, it was quite suorising, i think whoever took pictures did a bad job of articulating what makes this a pleasant stay, was quite impressed on arrival as to what i got verus what i paid for. The bar is a nice touch to the place

The breakfast thing is not for them, it was chaotic, plates were shot, some of the stuff think we all Zulu, its buffet but someone has to dish for you and it was only one person. The setup needs a lot of wok

The room was clean and cozy

On our first day for breakfast. We were stopped at the entrance as it only showed 2 people instead 3. An error from the administrator.The manager was called instead of phoning the reception desk to confirm how many people booked and paid to stay in the hotel. The situation didn't go well with me as I tried to show the manager the receipt I received when I made the payment. Communication was poor and needs to be addressed.

Everyday the breakfast was exceptional.Great location and not far from anything.

I was so disappointed by the receptionist. She was so unwelcoming . I had to figure out myself on how to get by around the hotel.i didn't even know what time was the breakfast, had to use my experience 😕. She was so rude when asked questions as she didn't want to answer. If you demand her to answer she was shouting at me and hiding her name badge. So to me, first impression lasts , so I'm never going back there again, such disappointment.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included a variety of options and everything was good and fresh. The rooms were clean. The TV is nice and big with crisp quality.

I think I was placed in a recently renovated room, and the workmanship on the tiles was really poor; I could hear the tiles crack when I tried to walk. The Wi-Fi network would lag from time to time. It would be nice if DSTV/Showmax is added to the TV packages. Some complimentary water would be nice as well.

Exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful reception staff. The housekeeping staff also deserves recognition for their attention to detail and the care they put into ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of my room. From the freshly folded towels to the immaculately made bed, it was clear that everything was done with love and care I must commend the lovely ladies who prepared the delicious breakfast each morning. Everything was cooked to perfection and served with a smile, making the experience truly enjoyable and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore in the morning. It was so peaceful and relaxing to wake up to.

my disappointment with the lack of amenities in the bathroom of my room. After taking a shower, the floor got quite wet and slippery. Unfortunately, there was no mop available to clean up the water and prevent any potential accidents.

Breakfast was excellent 👌

Two single beds for a couple, it a Big NO for me.

The hotel rooms are spotlessly clean, big TV screen nicely and neatly hung on the wall. Coffee bar, fridge and microwave is a plus.

The stairs, elevator and reception area needs a bit of attention. A notice sign on the maintenance being carried out on the 3rd floor will be appreciated.
