I liked how they prepared our snacks as we had to catch the early bus.

The lady who was offering the fried eggs I was not happy with her on Tuesday morning,I was on the queue I dish up and I did not dish the fried eggs on my plate.I then went back and I didn't go back on the queue because I just left the queue,she asked who came first from the lady that was behind me.I tried explaining myself and she said I must go back and rejoin the queue. I just left the queue because I didn't want to spoil my children holiday.Overrall we had a great time.

As always the breakfasts and all else was very good. Very efficient staff.

There was actually nothing to complain about, but I dont know whether its beyond the hotels reach to vacate the aggressive car gaurds standing in front of their property asking for money every time you leave or arrive. This really put a damper on the enjoyment of my stay there. This reeks of some protection racket, paying car guards to protect your car against themselves?? The solution was to go park at the nearby Checkers underground parking for R 50 a night. This went troubleless and to an extent got rid of the car guards demands. I dont know if the rest of the hotels on the parade suffers this same problem. I just wish the Parade could get rid of this, I really like staying there.

The location and the room, it was quite suorising, i think whoever took pictures did a bad job of articulating what makes this a pleasant stay, was quite impressed on arrival as to what i got verus what i paid for. The bar is a nice touch to the place

The breakfast thing is not for them, it was chaotic, plates were shot, some of the stuff think we all Zulu, its buffet but someone has to dish for you and it was only one person. The setup needs a lot of wok

The staff was very nice, especially the security guy there. The breakfast was top class, I really enjoyed.

They don't have utensils, we had to eat on takeaway foam plates, it was really not good to experience that, and they said they don't serve plates on the rooms which I really didn't understand.

receptionist she had no time to explain things and her face was sad no smile.it was I'm irritating her when im asking or asking to repeat ,as she took like she not happy about her job.

I loved the views, the breakfast was great also and the ladies serving breakfast are so friendly. The staff is friendly.

My room was not cleaned on Day 2 of stay, when i went for breakfast i put the board for room to be made up. Came back it was not done, left for hours came back around 4 and the lady says she thought we are sleeping so she didn’t make the room. That time she came to ask for towels and saw that we are leaving the room! Another thing on Day 1 at night i WhatsApp the number to ask for extra blanket and they said they will send security i even fell asleep 2hours later no one brought the blanket!

The room was clean and cozy

On our first day for breakfast. We were stopped at the entrance as it only showed 2 people instead 3. An error from the administrator.The manager was called instead of phoning the reception desk to confirm how many people booked and paid to stay in the hotel. The situation didn't go well with me as I tried to show the manager the receipt I received when I made the payment. Communication was poor and needs to be addressed.

Everything was perfect

Parade was fine & clean I didn't like seeing cockroaches there & there in our room!!
