I had booked the wrong type of room in my haste. The staff tried at lengths to find me a suitable room eventhough they were fully booked. There was a Cancellation and I got a stunning room. Beautiful views of the city. They helped me with my luggage and made every effort to see me happy. I was so touched by the caring and persistent of staff. I always stay at this hotel as you get a full apartment. No loadshedding as they have generators. The wifi works well and the rooms are well cleaned.

Perhaps a TV upgrade to Chromecast but with all comforts no real need for TV.

I liked the way stuff accomodated us with all possible needs. I did some mistakes with booking, they sorted it out. Every day someone was coming and cleaning our room to the best standards. I forgot my cosmetic bag and came back in 5 hrs time to collect it . I felt as at home . Could also cook and enjoy fantastic view. We also enjoyed a reptile show and spa on yhe 5th floor. Parking facilities are good and convenient. And it’s reasonably close to Ushaka Marine World. I loved everything about this hotel.

I had a 10th floor apartment booked out, the views was simple amazing. I throughly enjoyed my stay …everything was on point, from the breakfast to the cocktails, to the swimming pool, spa centre …it was just an amazing experience and one I needed badly.

The 10am check out. I really believe it’s way too early. A 12noon checkout would have been more appropriate as standard procedure. Other than this little hindrance, everything was spot on, I honestly can’t fault anything.

The view was out of tis world. We could see the beach from our room. The day we didn't go we could see the kids from our room. The stuff was lovely. The breakfast was delicious. As a plant-base person the menus/meals did not really cater for us . The improvements must be made to cover all groups. Will surely come back.

Enjoyed our stay with our kids. Location is amazing, everything worked and beds were comfortable. Hotel is family friendly and the staff was professional and welcoming.

We booked with the breakfast included this was very disappointing. We were asked more than 5 times if breakfast was included my kids actually got nervous. The breakfast option is apparently for a certain amount so you need to order with that amount and pay extra if you ordered more. Most restaurant have a variety to pick from accommodating everyone it was sad to see that this was not the option.

The Pentehouse was clean and beautiful. It was spacious for my family. The view is amazing. The staff were amazing, from receptionist, Porters to Ausi Rose who was cleaning our room

The phone was not working. I had to use my phone every time I wanted to call reception or go downstairs. One of the nights electricity kept tripping, and there was no explanation or solution to the problem, just apologies.

The spa treatment was absolutely great. It was amazing that it's just in the building. The restaurant downstairs and the fact that they offered room service was very convenient...we also liked that theu opened the door between our rooms so that we and the kids could feel like we were just in one house....

The noise of the Aircon next door made it difficult to sleep at night The cleaning stuff schedule was VERY inconveniencing. At some point our room wasn't cleaned and we were told the cleaners' time was up and she had to go. The couch in the living room needs to be changed.

The highlight for me was the very friendly and helpful staff, Nokholiwe ( I think is her name) and Palesa were exceptional in their service. as a Deaf person, they ensured that i received all the assistance i required, sharing with me their cell numbers so i could reach them via WhatsApp since i would not have been able to use the in-room telephone. this assisted immensely for me to gain access to services and most especially to ensure my safety as opposed to the usual practice of leaving my door ajar when i order room service for example, they communicated via WhatsApp with me to inform me when the waiter was coming up. this was awesome and i am thankful for this type of service. in addition, they would WhatsApp me in the morning and evening just to check if everything was still okay with me and my stay. talk about excellent service. these ladies were exceptional.

there was a funny smoke like smell in the bathroom as if someone had been smoking in there but i know the rooms are non-smoking rooms. the smell was there for the duration of my stay, so it is probably something else and not cigarette. worth it for you to check it out.
