I booked for a self catering apartment,as fo the location I must say that it is in a very nice location,that enables one to have a nice view of the city,stadium Moses Mabhida,the ocean and the harbour,watching big vessels,etc.The experience was awsome.

What I didn't like is not having warm water to shower,we had to use a kettle to boil water to shower,imagine coming from running comrades marathon you are tired and now you are unable to shower because there is no warm water in the shower.That made me very uncomfortable.

The apartment was what I was looking for at the time

The checking out time was bit to early, I love at least 11am

The time for check out and while I was on the room some one came and I asked my self why did he enter because I had my on key card

The room level we were at. Security guard Sizwe very friendly person and helpful. The hotel allowed us to check-in earlier than the normal check-in time as our bus arrive very early in the morning.

The hotel does not respond to the emails we send via Booking.com as they could have responded to some of my requests before arriving. They need to upgrade on cellphone charging plugs. I had to buy a plug for my cellphone cable. Move with the times Coastlands.

The lady in the reception, Buhle gave is a warm welcome. 🖤 The place is very nice and near everything. It was clean and the staff was very welcoming also loved the idea that we called and asked if we could check in as we arrived earlier than ecpected. And it was no hassal at all im definitely coming back soon

Besides the noice of the taxings that we didnt have control over my stay was good. Really need a table cloth to du our own dishes. Would also be nice if we could have a mop and a broom so we can sweep the sand out when we come back from the beach

The location, everything was near. And thanks to the other guy who was on duty that Friday with a yellow tie, I forgot to take his name and a lady at the reception whom the guy referred to. They didn't mind my Sesotho. I thank you guys. You've made my day a pleasant 🥰🥰❤️❤️.

Specifically,about the extra money that I was charged. Before the arrival I cancelled the booking of R4320 and chose the one of R2700 but to my surprise upon the arrival I was supposed to pay R1620 before my booking.🥹🥹🥹.

Rooms are neat. Bedding is supper👌👌neat.Fridge was working 100%, kettle and stove as well. Microwave wave giving us a problem.

Cockroaches all over the place.The management must fumigate the rooms.Wsa worried that I bring some to my home.Wifi needs to be updated.TV has only SABC 1'2'3&4. Improve it please.Irons are not on standard,it was just taking a risk to use it.

The cleaning staff were so friendly and the room was always clean and smelling good Fresh linen and clean towels everyday. It's close to the beach and restaurants and shops The view was amazing The kitchen had everything that is needed at the kitchen The bed were very comfortable

Their warm welcoming of clients, their kindness I really appreciated the staff/the stay/security you know guys keep the good work up,I kind wait to. revisit,in that short period of time I really enjoyed, love you so much 🙏
