1. The aircon was working perfectly. 2. The toilet papers was always provided. 3. The place was very clean and cleaned daily. 4.Hot water was always available unlike other hotels. 5. The place was very peaceful.

1. Cabinet was burnt and old. 2. That i had to fetch towels downstairs everytime after they’ve cleaned the room,i thought maybe i would find them on top of the bed. 3.The fridge is too small,i can’t even put the 6 pack of my beverages. 4.The plug was not working properly. 5.The toilet doesn’t have air freshener.

The staff they don't even smile, sometimes it's hard to ask questions it like they are not happy to be working, especially the guy who used to work at night(always find him when I check in at night) and the lady be on her phone she won't care even when a guest is approaching, she was on a video call I needed help, it's like you're annoying her when you ask something(those facial expressions) and she be very loud, I'm not sure if they're trained properly how to handle themselves professionally and dealing with guests . I believe some refresher training in guest service and professionalism could make a big difference.

It has to be how the room was set, wifi and also the comfortness. The receptionist asked so friendly

The bathroom had o door

The place is in the centre of CBD with easy access to shopping area.The receptionist was owwsome,did her best to secure a room even before stipulated check-in time,which was a bonus.The room was clean n well arranged.

Honestly nothing.The environment exceeded my expectations,especially at that price.

The room didnt have a window it felt like we are in stock room. The tv remote wasnt workin.

My room was small with no windows so I’m a person with sinus, I’m having flue as we speak because of air on all night.

Structuring of their ironing zone. Iron is an equipment that should readily be available, not queued for. Tea should be provided in the room or guests may prepare for themselves in the room.

The room was superb. Just one thing though, I wish it had a window view. Otherwise very private and comfortable. I wish to stay again next time, with my kids! Very convenient. The staff is warm, approachable and helpful. Value for money. Thank Again for a warm stay.

No views. It is ideal if you need a private quiet, and clean, comfortable space.

Everything about the place was incredible. The location of the place taxi users too. The staff at the reception, the beauty inside, the hygiene actually everything exceeded my expectations.
