Location

Attitude of some of the staff members specifically the receptionist by the name of Amanda her attitude is bad 😞.

The room was great, warm bedding, TV with channels playing, generator when there is load shedding, fridge, welcome drinks(water), enough towels. Restuarant on site. Great location.

The shower didn't work properly, ended up using the bath tub.

The Welcome The staff was friendly and willing to assist. (Front Desk, Drivers and Cleaners) The Breakfast. It has a long extended time to prepare and attend. The menu is halaal but you cant even notice. 100% for breakfast. Rooms. Clean and with enough space. Clean sheets and bathroom. The room mini Fridge 100%

The arrival - was not really great. Got to Durban during load shedding. Their generator was down and spend 1 hour in the dark. But they promised to fix it. Only found 1 cockroach. But guess its something all around Durban. Bath rooms - the showers are good but need a lil upgrade.

I loved the service by some of the staff, especially management, and the chef took control of the kitchen and was guiding the waiter to clear staff and was very helpful. The car guards and security services are very respectful, including housekeeping. I love that they had Netflix.

The furniture needs to be refurbished it's very nice but very old. The place looks like it needs a steam deep clean, especially the carpet. The stairs and some parts of the walls are sticky. There is no pool or enough parking space, but they have a parking system that is working, and I applaud them.

The receptionist was good. The staff was welcoming, friendly and eager to assist. The room was clean, neat and warm. The bed was comfortable, and big enough for my size. The breakfast was superb. It had various options to choose from. I loved everything about the breakfast, as it catered for a variety of persons! The staff, Nosipho in particular, was very kind and always at hand to offer help when needed. I love the location of this hotel. It is literally right at the beach - less than 3 minutes walk. I am not kidding!

Room location, and halaal meal. The view from my window was not sea-facing, which is something I like most. There was no bacon or pork. Unfortunately, that is something outside the staff's control. Other than that, everything was near perfect.

The buffet breakfast was good. The location is perfect. And the dinner was perfect. The staff very friendly and welcoming. The parking lot staff 👌 Keep up the good work. We will come back again next time

I booked double beds but they joined two single beds with two single beds linen and we were the couple it was very difficult for us to sleep. We had to call reception to atleast borrow us a double size comforter atleast to cover ourselves. The receptionist brought it and apologized and promised to rectify the mistake in the morning. And in the morning everything corrected

I like that the place is situated in beach front, the breakfast and dinner were nice, room neat and clean.

with breakfast buffet i think you should add more food options, have alternative for dairy milk and yogurt for those who don't eat dairy, have bottled water, size up your juice glasses size to avoid people leaving their tables for more juice add green tea on your breakfast buffet, otherwise everything was good.

It was a very busy street not so safe to walk there at night
