Great hotel with amelie’s such as gym, pools etc. Excellent and well trained staff

Pillows were horrible, need replacing. Rooms are a bit on small side but bigger than some off the other southern suns

My room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed their breakfast.

It turns out it’s two hotels which are not necessarily close to each other, I checked in at the other one and still had to go to the other one. It was confusing for Uber requests because they go to the one that I wasn’t at, particularly because even on Ubers the names are combined. There was no note with telephone extensions in the room for reception or room service.

It was clean n accommodating

The breakfast at V&V, the manager didi not allow us to have a takeaway for our breakfast just after dishing even though we explained the rush to where we were supposed to be. We had to miss our breakfast.

Breakfast was great. However, communications needed to be clearer, especially around restaurants as there are several ones linked to the hotel. One restaurant had a special for comrades runners special dinner, which I booked for. However, I went to a different one because I could not differentiate them. After the meal, I was told that my balance is higher than what I thought I reserved the place for. Even though eventually the matter was resolved, it would still be ideal to be specific and clear from the on set. On my last morning, the water pressure was low in the bathrooms, and there was no hot water either.

The ambiguous communications about the restaurants, and of course bathing with cold water in winter is not the kind of thing one wants to do while staying at a hotel.I hope that was a once-off situation.

I was celebrating my birthday and my room was upgraded. I was treated to non-alcoholic champagne and cake on my birthday. They really made my stay beautiful. Thank you to the guest relations manager

Hard and Stale crossaints... Both restaurants (Elangeni and Maharani) they used to have the softest freshesh crossaints in the past

The staff was friendly, delicious breakfast and supper, safe parking area

Water would take more than 30 minutes to drain from the bath, whereas the other family member must take a bath as well, the carpet needs cleaning, the hotel does not provide drinking water, there are no toilet brushes, if someone messes in the toilet bowl, you will stay with a dirty toilet until the following day when the cleaners arrive, of which is not good for our personal hygiene

Lovely staff, always happy to help, smilling and nothing too difficult for them. Breakfast buffet 2nd floor an absolute treat, everything is there. They could do with a self service coffee and tea machines but that's a minor niggle. Dinner buffet on ground floor, perfect! cannot fault anything at all. Loved the seafood, the service , smiling chefs everything.. Moses in the transfer shop what a gem he was. If you want to book transfers and get a tour guide for local visit/ sightseeing... Moses is the MAN! The reception staff, what's not to like, very welcoming and heartwarming 😍 The room service staff 👌👌 The potters are always there to help. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the beach front and a leisurely walk into town and Ushaka Marine. Few minutes drive to the bars and restaurants should you need to. Lots of activities to do. Most importantly there is Police presence around the area so you feel safe but, still be careful with yourbelongings. Thank you for making our stay a pleasure! Remember the big family in room 403 404 and 305 it's us! 😍
