Beautiful venue on the Golden Mile, centrally located with lots of eateries & restaurants around (Suncoast complex) which can be reached easily and safely. The property offers excellent value for money! Large rooms with optional sea view, comfortable, well-equipped and spotless clean. The staff are all - and always - smiling and helpful, definitely committed to visitors' safety and well-being. Breakfast is just SPLENDID, indeed one of the best we've ever had in our many travels, served on the top floor of the hotel with stunning sea views. We loved it - and even more the warm and friendly atmosphere created and maintained by the staff - a thrilling experience! I would say that the human factor is a major asset in this hotel and we did regret having to go. After almost one week there (4 nights first, then 2 more nights - June 1-3) it is beyond doubt that we'd choose Belaire Suites Hotel should we stay in Durban again. CONGRATULATIONS!

The breakfast was over the top! Excellent. Everything we wanted to eat was there. The room was the best. I've been to Durban a few times for holidays. I don't know why I've never heard about Belaire. It will be my holiday accommodation in Durban from now on. The ocean view was exceptional, the room was spacious and warm, and it felt like home. My kids loved the pool. After the beach, they would go straight for the pool, as if they had not had enough of the water :). The pool staff were very good and so kind. It was a lovely stay, I miss the place already.

The reception stuff is really great, they always have a smile on their faces and they are very helpful. Checking in was really really simply and our rooms were ready an hour before normal check in times. Phumulo (a staff member) told me that I was going to be impressed with their newly renovated rooms and damn was he right. Ooh and they brought us complimentary chocolates in our rooms after checking, Very Demure. The managers are very considerate and approachable should you encounter any situation. The pictures don't do the accommodation enough justice, the rooms were beyond my expectation. My family and I were there for a special occasion and I have no regrets whatsoever... The breakfast restaurant has a beautiful ocean view. They have a good variety of food which was awesome. Honestly, they have room for improvement on their food taste but it gets the job done. Lastly, if you are reading this... Book your stay already, it's worth it. Honestly, I've found my new favorite accommodation in Durban.

I love everything about the hotel. The room was more than I expected! big, clean, see view. It's a home away from home. There's ironing board+ iron,microwave, sink to wash my dishes, dishcloth, sponge, dishwashing liquid soap, comfortable couch + table and chairs. The food and bev manager arranged something for my birthday! staff members sang for me, I felt so important and honored! They showed me some newly renovated rooms and bigger ones to accommodate four people because I told them that I'm definitely coming back soon with my other three sisters. I never thought that I could ever experience such a royal treatment! Staff, breakfast- Exceptional

The other individuals during friday night were very noisey and inconsiderate of others. You guys should look at a way to put a stop to this as it affects the stay of others. This is the second time that I've had noise complaints this year at your hotel, and I've visited you guys twice this year. In both instances, I've enjoyed the facilties, staff, and breakfast, but other patrons are left to make noise and disturb others.

The breakfast was delicious, loved the beach view from the restaurant, the room we had was amazing with great seaviews😻🔥⛱ and the sunrise from the room was to die for🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤❤❤. The room was big as well as the shower👌😻. The overall service was good, from the reception to housekeeping....., the room was cleaned every day and it smelled fresh🌸🌸😻. My partner and I cant wait to come back again in spring.💃💃

We found cocroaches in our room and our friends said they also found cocroaches in their room. The whole hotel needs to be fumigated.

Super breakfast n location is 100% super because u can view other beautiful places around when on top and can even see cargo ships in the distance.

In my view ,everything was ok, good standard and the staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Beautiful spacious room. The only hotel in the area that I could find a bathtub with a hand shower which I do specifically need, and it was clean and comfortable, even the bathroom was spacious. Love the double sinks, lovely toiletries are provided - and breakfast was excellent.

They should extend the breakfast to 11:30 as it felt a bit rushed. Our room was on the 1st floor with no views which was disappointing, and both beds had no duvets - only a sheet to sleep with. There was only 1 blanket in the cupboard too. Also did not like that parking had to be paid for separately, this should be a standard inclusion
