I liked the room, free toiletries, bible and gospel music during breakfast.

The TV doesn't have DSTV or streaming services.

If you want to relax do not book shared bathrooms unless you bring kids because when its bath time eish its hectic you try to shower, some kid wants to get in the toilet for number 2 he tells his mom there's a naked man in the shower hey hey haikhona just add a little money then get a room with a shower.

The room was very clean and I enjoyed the lovely breakfast each morning.

The kitchen staff weren't friendly at all and they would hover and look like they were in a rush for me to finish eating. One day someone started tidying up and returning food items into the kitchen while I was eating but breakfast time wasn't even over.

the breakfast was good and delicious. only they didn't provide much variety for a vegetarian protein. Please enforce the rule that people should come for breakfast having bathed and in neat attire. the sight of sleeping head bonnets and wrinkled night garments does not go well when one is eating. please may clients come smart and tidy for meals.

I had very heavy bags and the room was upstairs and the reception lady could not even help with any bag even the light one. A smile is very welcoming to guests, reception team please share a lot of the smiles. you are the front office of the lodge. There is room for improvement on this.

The nearness to the city and the friendliness of the staff were very nice. Regarding the traffic noise, I know that the establishment can't do anything about it, therefore, I am not even going to raise it as an issue.

The establishment must please do something about their plumbing, water in the room (the cold water tap) took forever to fill a glass. Also, the trap in shower on the first floor (there was no private shower in the room), must be unblocked. Otherwise, I don't have a problem with this nice place.

Breakfast was wholesome. More than enough healthy variety. Portions were good. The location is excellent. Attractions like Botanical gardens, beaches, good restaurants and shopping malls within easy reach. Safety and security within the complex was of a good standard. I had a wonderful experience, and should another opportunity arise, I will definitely stay there again.

Just minor things like extra cutlery would be nice. I only had a teaspoon, but that was not a real letdown.

The guest house had a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, which made my stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms and general areas was commendable. I appreciated the affordable pricing and the Christian values that underpin the service. The staff was courteous and helpful, making sure that my stay went smoothly.

Shared Toilets and Bathrooms: While the shared facilities were kept clean, I would have preferred more privacy in terms of en-suite bathrooms. For future consideration, having private bathrooms or offering more private bathroom options would greatly enhance the experience for guests. Checkout Policy: The strict enforcement of the checkout time, without any flexibility or grace period, made the departure process a bit rushed. Introducing flexible check-in and check-out policies or late-checkout options would be appreciated by many guests who need extra time to organize.

Eveything!! I stayed here for 2 weeks. It was great. Highly recomended Eventhough i stayed with a room and shared bathroom. It was sooo clean i did not once feel uncomfortable or unsafe

I didn't like that I was made to pay an extra R150 for checking inn early and they could make some adjustments with breakfast bring in a variety of other foods but overall it's a great place I enjoyed my 7day stay
