The room is spacious

They can do better on making sure that there dust on the bathroom walls is maintained also the noise of rattling windows as it was windy disturbed my sleep The mini bar fridge to be cleaned as well please on the outside. The location sign/loggo of the place can it be bigger especially for drop off to make is easier and recognized

Breakfast, staff, beds, comfort and Hot water those are best. However cleaning at outside veranda is a no go area yet is a nice view it need to be clean also. Security is 24/7 which is good

Location east side is doggie and building need re vamp to dull

The chef's were off so there was no breakfast but the place is near a restaurant called Zai there food there it's nice.We liked the rooms are big and very clean.

If only they had more plugs in the room because we couldn't make tea the kettle cord was very short and we only had 1 plug that was used to plug the TV

I had such a beautiful week stay at Concierge Hotel.They provided an excellent breakfast and great service.The manager of the place is very accommodating and made sure everything was okay.The rooms were clean and the hotel is quite safe.This hotel is also quite close to Florida Road.

The room we were at had a weird smell,a diffuser should be put in the rooms. The breakfast menu could have had more options.

Everything... I mean everything. I'm a solo traveller, a camper.. That place feels like home. The energy is unmatched... Im a plant mom... They allowed me to place my plants in perfect display with their kingdom of plant life.. Ooh I had to extend my stay. I healed and left the place refreshed.

The condition of the one way road 100m before the entrance.... Might not be their place to fix but some communique should be extended and followed up with, with the local Municipality to do good by them... They contribute greatly to the City's tourism economy

The new owner has changed the vibe and the booking .com pics are outdated and does not reflect the new concierge image Bmcom must stay on top of current establishment statem Sadly for the establishment next door apartment block had a house party that was too loud and went on till 3.am The hotel did warn me but I had already paid and had arrived on a late flight and his rooms were full ..so what could be done ? The music was ok they just needed to turn down the base everything was vibrating and stop screaming The owner did contact the police apparently but nothing was done

I loved the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Elijah made sure we were comfortable and happy at all times. The atmosphere is very homely and we could not stay away from the restaurant and garden area. Felt like the sitcom "Cheers". They get a 5 star rating from us.

I would have preferred wooden floors in the bedroom but that's because I'm from Cape Town. The slate floors kept the room cool.

The staff members were extremely helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was so well prepared, and very affordable. The bar, restaurant, and beautiful scenery on the premises makes the stay even more pleasant. I absolutely loved the design and layout of the rooms. It is very modern and chic.

This is something very minor, but some complimentary bottled water in the room would be nice.

The staff was willing to assist with everything we needed, made sure we had a great stay and they were very professional. The place and the rooms looked amazing and it is a 3min walk to Zai and the Beanbag. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the bar :-) definitely a 10/10. I will highly recommend this place
