Location and friendly staff

The entrance to the parking isn’t easy to get in to. It’s also located in a dodge passage

Close to the Exhibition Centre and other landmarks. Garden is well kept and pool under renovation, ……. which is a plus for the summer coming up! The bedding is clean and well maintained. Room was cleaned and bed made up during the times I went out. Upon request, the DSTV problem was sorted out speedily by the night staff member. Fresh new toilet paper was supplied every day and the coffee/tea etc. was topped up every morning. Great value for money. I’ll stay here again for next year’s Convention. Thank you to the Receptionist and kind staff for their support.

Bathroom had a bit of a smell; the door couldn’t close easily and the shower’s outlet was blocked, so one would stand in a pool of water whilst showering.

Big spacious room and bathroom had both a shower and bath-tub, loved the comfortable bed, had a fridge and microwave. The staff were absolutely amazing. I don't think I've experienced such kind, warm and caring people. They welcomed us so warmly, anytime we needed them, they were there. What you see on the pictures is what you get.

I thought it was a self catering establishment, however when I booked it was noted and communicated that it was not, however they did provide a microwave and fridge so i was happy with that.

I liked the colours of the bad and of the room itself. The trees surrounding the property waking up to birds chirping. The view to the pool in the breakfast section. Easy to order breakfast. The most welcoming staff.

I don’t know if one has to wake up early to get hot water or what. We barely hot water in our room worse it was cold and raining.

The staff was very friendly, helpful , humble and welcoming . Their standard of service is exceptional. The place is very clean and beautiful. The location is peaceful and perfect everything one can need is a walking distance. The wifi signal is very fast. The entire suite(Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining) was so big and very accommodative to my kids. The outdoor dining is perfect. The price was very affordable 😊

Absolutely nothing

Everything from the clean linen, stunning bathroom, aircon , clean pool and lovely staff. Its also close to many restaurants and convenient stores that such a bonus. Having a safe neighborhood also made this mansion a perfect stay.Siya the B&B manager was so patient with us when we checked in. I will definitely recommend this lovely , tropical mansion stay to anyone.

I like the fact that it was actually a nice unit and not a room only, and with the kitchenette we could buy food that we like and enjoyed in in the unit. U can put 2 plates, cutlery and a microwave dish in kitchenette and maybe a dishcloth! We loved that it was a serviced room - thank you! We will definitely stay with you again in future!

I know the wind was hectic and the weather was not nice, but there was one spot on the stoep that could have been washed away and not only sweeping, only me that is a bit OCD.

Booked 3 rooms - good location, fairly old house, but it does look like it's been renovated - comfortable nice outdoor patio area by the pool. The kitchen is a bit small, I saw afterwards that there was no meal option with the rooms that I had booked so I did take breakfast items such as eggs and cereal, etc. only to find out that we could not use the stove. There is a microwave and a big fridge though.. in the end, we did end up having breakfast on the premises, which was good. The staff were very helpful.

The friendly staff and it's so quiet.i needed rest and I rested.

Wow so clean ,staff very friendly ie Mthokozisi did a follow up very friendly ,he send us a location ,when the taxes didn't know the place ,we called him he directed us .Mpume so helpful with everything .showing us malls ,giving advice .they are so friendly .place so quiet.would go again and again.no low shedding It was excellent
