Freedom and tolerance , we know it's not easy to keep a group of people, but you guys made us feel at home. The staff also played their part. We can't complain.

If you could just have braai facilities on the property, that would be awesome.The shower in my room wasn't working properly , we also liked the bar, but it just happened to be a bit pricey.

There was no fridge in the room. We were forced to finish some of the food as there was nowhere to preserve it.The bathroom light was not there and I reported the matter twice without getting help.

Comfortable beds, it clean and friendly staff. Love the restaurants they have.

The shower head needs to be replaced and it needs an extractor fan. The bar restaurant needs to be closed at 2, people were still making noise till 3 and they were fights after that , that caused us to not sleep.

Hotel is absolutely stunning the only problem we came across is the parking, you need to reserve your clients with a parking more especially those who are going to sleep in rather make sure that their cars are safe and park inside.

The best about this place is the friendly service we received from all the hotel's personnel. I had the pleasure to also watch Zuma manage the staff, he runs a tight ship.

Please add bar fridges and microwaves in the rooms

Its situated on a very quiet side of the town, no pharas rooming around

Reception staff on check in didn't explain the facility, like we only realized on check out that there is a restaurant downstairs and there was no fridge in the rooms

i really love the fact that my rooms had a bath and that it was so quiet even though there is a bar and resturaunt downstairs. The staff was on point all the time very accomodating and service was amazing.

kettle was broken no tea spoons or cutlery with my food ordered from downstairs. other than that i had an amazing relaxing time because that is why i went there to begin with.

Staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful from reception to the bars, and even the cleaners, and security.

Food wasn't very impressive, when we ordered breakfast . One came with a sausage one came with a viena, one also had a piece of hair. We were rushing out and we not very fussy so I let that go. Another thing we ordered two breakfasts I specifically asked for one with toast one with normal bread they both came with normal bread. The ad said dstv in rooms but it was literally like 5 channels including ETV. Wi fi made up for that though so we could stream on our devices.
