That there was no microwave in the room

No hot shower water

Room was very spacious. Bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Beautiful sunny entrance to hotel, loved the roses. Very peaceful ambience, hotel is dated but the staff made up for it.

The breakfast was lovely and warm. The gourmet burger was extraordinary. the bed was big and comfortable. Pool area was clean, water so blue making our pictures look good

The room was far from the bar. the bar closes too early for an on-site bar. the side lamps were not functional. the garden chairs outside are not comfortable and an umbrella would've been nice than to sit in the scorching sun. The mirror needs to have a light above it.

Had a Aircon issue, no remote for tv had to ask for one on day 2 from reception. Damp smell in room. And menu in room not updated, and not advised they had converted to halaal friendly so no bacon was served as our room menu for breakfast. Otherwise great stay..

I liked the staff, they were really welcoming and friendly. I also liked the room we were in😍 it was really spacious and clean

I didn't like their breakfast, they didn't really have much to choose from. But nevertheless I enjoyed my stay

From the security at the gate to the reception area and our room, it was all good

Restaurant staff and service really needs to up their game, the place is tops but I would gladly go to Mozambik down the road....

Privacy nd the hygiene was perfect

We couldn't go by the pool because there was an event and we weren't notified because if we were told atleastwe would hv gone by the pool before the event day because we couldn't even go at a crack of a dawn because by the time we woke up already the staff was busy with the preparation...we didn't get a chance to swim but either than that everything was perfect ...Not swimming nd coming back home without pool pictures felt like the whole trip was a waste of time

I made this booking for a friend. He reported that the grounds were very attractive, but more importantly, the kind staff was quite responsive and went out of their way to work with a remote booking and help my guest. Recommended spot!

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and there's a restaurant on site.
