it has privacy and the rooms were really clean and spacious

the fact that the staff had control of the remote gate and we had instances where they did not open late at night which resulted in us driving around because being there was not safe. remote control should be given to tenants

Close to Florida road, where there are all sorts of restaurants. Comfortable bed and modern finishes.

No Netflix or YouTube, small bathroom, no microwave in the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect just a short walk to the local attractions, restaurants, clubs making it convenient for exploring. The hotel is 2km away from Moses Mabhida Stadium. The environment is serene and welcoming with beautifully landscaped gardens that create a peaceful atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The patio area was a highlight for me, offering a lovely space to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I was looking forward to using the iron provided in my room to freshen up my clothes but unfortunately, I found that there was no accessible power outlet to plug it in the room.

The hotel is in a private quiet neighbourhood and is a walking distance from Florida road , the staff are very welcoming and friendly ensured a smooth check in also made sure to check in with us as to when we’d like our room cleaned and helped us were needed with a smile on their face , service was excellent the room is exactly what the pictures look like

The room we were in sadly had bed bags which we were disappointed and had only realised the day we were checking out when I had bite marks all over this needs serious attention

I liked everything about Luxe. The staff we friendly and respected us. Gratitude to Joyce she made my planning very easy she is very friendly and understanding. The owner also made sure that the electricity challenge was sorted as there was load reduction or shedding. He personally called me to apologise and promise that he will sort out and within few minutes it was sorted. Next year i am going there but with my kids this time

The location was parallel to Florida Road and a walkable distance to multiple restaurants. It was in a quiet area which is something I was looking for. The hotel staff were quite friendly. The hotel room was also clean and neat and they also had WiFi.

The shower corners had a bit of mold which was a bit nasty, but overall the room was clean. Sometimes there was no one ready to open the gate as the receptionist was away from the desk. But overall it was a good stay and experience.

I liked the color scheme...greys...whites and black...AMAZING. Good lighting...very romantic The receptionist we found was very nice. She made us feel at home and we definitively coming back cz we found a sister. We liked the location, bathroom...overall room...close to all good restuarants. Very private area. The cleaning staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Room was fantastically clean and FRESH smelling.

Shocking to say but i like everything about the place. Im a critic but it ticked every box for me and my partner Just had noisy neighbors doing the dance at night

The place is incredibly clean, fresh, modern and luxurious. The rooms are spacious. I love the outdoor seating area. The amenities is the room are awesome. It's a stone throw from the popular Florida Road. I'll definitely be back for a longer period. Love, love, love.

We struggled to find a three-pin plug to plug the iron to, the only one available was inside the closet which made it harder to iron in the room. There is one in the passage but the plug for that is in front of someone's door. Other than the plug blunder, this place is great, cannot recommend it enough.

The serenity, quietness, cleanliness, spaciousness of the rooms. Tranquility in abundance...

Parking space is so small for maneuvering especially when they're fully booked. However it's a lovely place.

It’s on a quiet place, it’s very tidy. It’s also located closer to the shopping centre and near some favourite restaurants 😊.

The stuff wasn’t welcoming though at the reception😒. Had to call them 3 times while we were outside asking to get in, when we were inside the premises,we went to the wrong rooms neither did they call to say we’re goin to the wrong room but they were watching us on the cameras. When we got inside the reception, there were 4 of ladies, not even one came at least to welcome us and show us the right way since it was our first time in the place, they were laughing at some clients going to the wrong room again watching them on the footage. Honestly, they need to do better. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Definitely coming back.
