I felt the room was ideal. The bed size was good. The general clean up was good as well.

Your remotes needs attention, both the TV and the aircon remote lost their backs and as a result the batteries keep falling off. You can use your discretion to keep the back covered eg, cover with a wide tape. I found that my shower area was not taken care off everyday during the clean up.

The bed was big and comfortable. The wifi was fast as well. I also enjoyed the in room coffee in the morning. The shower was big enough for one person and the water was still warm at 9:30am.

The main door in 210 touch the floor when one opens it. Not a train smash but the experience will be much better if it's fixed

The staff was friendly, kind , helpful and polite ❤️😊 every one was amazing 😍🤩 from the receptionist, cleaners and the guys who are working in a restaurant ❤️♥️i will go there again ❤️

What I didn't like was the channels on the TV they were so boring yooh 😥 that is the only thing I didn't enjoy

Everything was good, room was super clean, the staff were good from the reception to the cleaners

There was no microwave in the room, tv channels limited & we wanted to watch comrades marathon and no bathtub only shower & we wanted to soak ourselves in ice after a long race . Other than that we enjoyed our stay 🌸

Neat and clean, friendly receptionists.

No fridge in room, booked for 2 Adults, only 1 cup, kettle but no coffee, tea, etc. Phone in room did not work, couldn't contact reception. Ordered food from restaurant, took over 45 minutes and I had to go back down to fetch it.

I forgot to get the names of the receptionist all of them were friendly and helpful always have a smile on their face and veryyyy helpful

They need to fix the air con on room 201 it was not working but everything was perfect the WiFi and the room was perfect

Staff are professional, friendly, and go the extra mile to make one feel comfortable

It would be nice to have a TV channel with news and sports

I got the ground floor room by the conference centre. In the morning it became too noisy people talking and laughing in the reception and i still wanted to sleep

Loved the on-site Shisanyama. The food was great and our room was very spacious.

I just wished they had let us through the connecting door to the restaurant. We had to walk in the rain from and to our room from the restaurant.

It was very convenient at a good price for a one night sleepover to avoid early morning peak hour traffic congestion on the N3. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Room was too close to the reception area so you could hear every movement and people talking most of the time.
