An exceptional property with an exceptional host. I was delayed by 5 hours from Gauteng to KZN and Gerhard was not only willing to wait for me to arrive but he kept checking up on me whether I was still safe and sound, upon my arrival I was greeted by a warm and welcoming host who took my bags up to my room for me. The room was just as depicted in the images and more - the quirky interior design and paintings by Yuri really add a touch of uniqueness and interest to the rooms, the yard was as peaceful and scenic as the rooms and offered a space of relaxation and tranquility. The shower was clean, spacious and had continuously running hot water. Wide variety of opting between connecting to DStv, connecting to your own Netflix account or opt to tune into your favorite podcast on YouTube. Aircons are installed in the rooms for those very humid and hot Durban days. Definitely worth another booking and thank you Gerhard, ek waardeer dit baie. U gaan definitief my weer sien.

The host, Gerhard is an exceptional host, he went out of his way to ensure my son was safe, and well taken care of. Thank u Gerhard..thank you for accommodating us.

Everything was perfect

Lovely B&B in the heart of the city. If you need to stay in the city it is definitely the place to stay. Very friendly owner who is more than willing to recommend restaurants etc.

Would be nice if a mirror can be added in the bedroom near a power point for use of a hairdryer for instance.

The host and staff was friendly and rooms were clean and beautifully decorated.

In one of the bedrooms I want to recommend that they provide a cupboard to hang clothes. I think the coffee sachets can at least be upgraded to Nescafe instead of Ricoffee. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

Location close to the hospital main purpose of the visit. Hosts very obliging and friendly.pleasant and comfortable.

I’ve been there before and I came back because I knew they have exceptional service. The caretaker is such a nice guy and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Might come back again with my partner to experience this again haha

Wonderful room in a tranquil setting. Gerhard was a brilliant host, even going out of his way to take us for a quick tour of a market to see some fabulous street art and dropping us at a breakfast spot afterwards.

There were a couple of creepy crawlies in the room, and it could do with a heater for winter time. Other than that we really can't complain!

Safe, clean, quiet, friendly, eclectic, comfortable, convenient.....and they have a companionable cat. Would love to stay there again and certainly plan to.

We stayed in a spotlessly clean and charmingly decorated little room. The wifi stayed on during loadshedding. This accomodation is secure and very close to St Augustine's and Entabeni Hospitals. Thank you. We'll be back.

Spacious room away from the street made for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Secure garage parking was a bonus.
