The whole apartment and the pool

My aircon wasn’t working and I wish you didn’t have gas stoves we almost burnt the apartment plus our fire extinguisher was empty

Great location. Clean, spacious, safe. Fantastic staff! Literally amazing! Mpho was spectacular and deserves a raise for sure! What a class act. Super polite and helpful. We were slightly delayed the morning we needed to check out and he graciously allowed us an extra hour to clear out stuff, gave some breakfast and leave. Smart TV was lots of fun and felt like a home away from home.

Kitchen could be a little more equipped with utensils or maybe upgraded in terms of pots, etc - as it is advertised as fully self catering. More towels would also be a great addition. They do also need to place the shower rack up on the wall. Becomes a little difficult having to bend down to reach for stuff.

The apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The warm welcome from the host and willingness to help. The facilities are absolutely amazing. I'm a traveler and this is one of the best accommodations I've been to,with everything that you might need.The host was polite enough to apologize for a few mishaps that we experienced, but were sorted out promptly.

Not a dislike, just a suggestion, please provide charging points.,There was not even a single charging plug.

Our time at Roseland House was fab! The host, Dean was friendly and made sure we felt right at home the entire stay. The rooms were spacious and always sparkling clean, and having them tidied up every three days was a bonus. While we didn't have much time to enjoy the pool during the day, coming back to it in the evening was such a treat. Knowing our vehicles were secure behind an electric gate gave us peace of mind. Dean's local recommendations were spot-on and truly enhanced our trip. We'd 100% recommend Roseland House to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

I liked from the welcoming to them able to accommodate us with checking in early.

Please inform the guest about the monkey's that come through the windows to make sure they close all windows when going somewhere especially when they have food or snacks or put their food and snacks in the cupboards for safety but overall everything was great..

The host Mpho is so welcoming, kindly hearted and helpful, the Accommodation is breath taking, the rooms are spacious, the beds are so so comfortable, the wifi speed, two bathrooms,cleanliness, welcoming tea/coffee/water and cookies so thoughtful, you name it we like everything about the place

I recently stayed at Roseland House and had a wonderful experience! The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly hospitable. Their warm welcome and friendly service made me feel right at home. I would definitely book Roseland House again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

The proper is beautiful, the outside areas look lovely with a forever blue pool, the unit was so specious this is great for self catering individuals.

We got one of the last early flights and wanted to checkin earlier but that was an issue but I understand it was a busy weekend but they totally refused to keep our luggage till our checkin at 2pm. We had to move around with our luggage from 8am till 2pm I even begged them but they were so mean.

Spacious property. Kitchen is massive. Bedrooms were comfortable. Hosts extremely attentive and helpful. Lovely patio for outdoor entertaining and pool looked pristine.

Bathrooms in need of some minor TLC. Parking spaces could be a bit tight if you have a large vehicle.
