The room was lovely and conveniently furnished. A comfortable bed, a convenient desk with chair and a kettle with coffee and tea are provided. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Safe parking is provided. There are two beautiful swimming pools. The guesthouse is just up the road from a shopping centre and several restaurants and pubs.

Even though shops and eateries are located nearby, I would not recommend walking there after dark for safety reasons.

Ryan and Bongani went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided everything we needed or asked for. Staff service was really excellent. Breakfast was very tasteful and we even used the swimming pool and that was a great experience. Absolutely awesome stay.

The drive from the location to friends staying in the CBD was not good, CBD is off putting with the taxis and road quality in all areas are terrible. Maybe share this with your local municipality.

I liked the friendly stuff, and the manager, Mpho Khumalo, was exceptional in terms of customer service. Mr Khumalo made sure that everything went well and personally came to check on us. He was like 24 hours on call for anything we needed.

Woow, everything was amazing ..well done to the managers n staff. We are very excited about this place. Hospitality was great. Staff members are friendly all of them, especially Mr Dlamini he was so sweet and very helpful 😊 ☺️

Cleanliness, food n friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious n served with ❤️. Location was easily accessible nobody gets lost. We were a big group but you manage to cater us all.

I really had a good time. The staff treated me really well, gave me good recommendations on things I can try out in Durban. Ryan and Bongani were the best. House keeping was regular. I had a good time and good breakfast.

Lovely period house, stunning furniture, beautifully appointed rooms, very friendly staff

Each room had a tiny but very nice private courtyard off the bedroom but it would be nice to see it kept clean and without dead plant material hanging about. The toilet seat in our room was loose and the cistern filling system was extreemly noisy

The breakfast experience, the pool areas, the food, the staff, the security the quietness. Its clean and comfortable

If i have to dislike something i have to nitpic so:For some reason the bnb doesn't seem use vacuum cleaners? There's also small things such the towel rails used to hang on the wall but no more . The bathroom window could have done a clean and TLC. don't get me wrong im not that fussed it's just the small details could have been sorted.

Very quiet place, good for holidays and outstanding service, loving, respectful and caring staff. Ryan, the administration guy was always available to assist us whenever we needed him. I really enjoyed staying at Roseland house.

We got what we paid for, the place was clean and easy to reach. Not far from a shopping centre. Our host, Zinhle was kind. The cleaning staff was also friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice, though I asked for fried tomato but never got it. We also got see monkeys 😂

Wi-Fi gave us problems.
