Beautiful, well established guesthouse. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and well layed out. Room service was provided which was very welcome after our long trip. The owner and her husband are wonderful friendly people. We would definitely stay there again

One of the bedside lamps didn't have a lightbulb The floor was clean but a little sticky - needs something like a good hot water and vinegar strip Just a suggestion - a small bar fridge would be a great addition to the room. Durban is known for it's hot weather and there is no way to keep food and drinks cold.

The place is beautiful and big. Shops are around and easy to find. Breakfast was nice and the availability time is flexible. The security staff at the gate were extra helpful.

Towels were not changed, the trash was not taken out of the room and even the cups were not washed. It looked like the room was not cleaned. We booked a room for two people but the coffee and sugar was only for one person and as coffee people it was disappointing.

Breakfast and dinner was very good. Location was excellent being very close to Westridge Tennis Stadium. The staff was friendly and helpful. The barman/waiter is a star! The premises are secure. The room was clean, neat and spacious.

The first evening, upon arrival, there was no milk for coffee/tea. A kettle, coffee, tea, sugar but no milk? I would also have preferred a little bar fridge to keep my milk and other special drinks/smoothies cold for the next morning's early tennis matches. Upon request the personnel kindly provided me with a bar fridge and some milk the following day.

The serenity of the guesthouse is what I liked the most. It is very quiet and peaceful " therapeutic"! My room was clean, towels were changed daily. Efficient, prompt service. My room was cleaned in the time I went for breakfast, when I came back it was sparkling clean The staff was professional and very friendly. Meals ( breakfast and dinner), were well prepared and tasty.

Everything is up to the standard, the place is safe and we spent our time with the family sage and comfortable knowing that everything is in order.

Christmas lunch must be served on the premises, sometimes people just wanna spend their time on one place. So, if there's no lunch on specific days, it kills the plans for the entire vacation.

it was clean and easy to find they also found my smart watch and called me to tell me that I had left it behind. Such an honest thing to do

7am breakfast was a little late especially because we were leaving early. I’d also like it if the staff communicated. When we arrived we paid via card and the payment went through however in the morning the lady that was attending the front desk requested payment again.She then found the receipt for my payment . Later on the lady that checked us in the previous night called and requested payment. That was a tad bit frustrating because had they communicated I wouldn’t have received a call

Very safe and charmingly old fashioned! The restaurant has a chef who should have a Michelin star. Unbelievable value for money for food and comfort and the general service and treatment of guests is 5 star.

Bathrooms could do with a revamp but good enough.

Everything it's up to standards. I just saw the table tennis was not in good condition. And I was also looking for tennis rackets but didn't find. It wl be nice to have those facilities more specially for people who prefer indoor life.

The location was good and close to everything else. It was a quiet area so it was good for relaxing. There rooms were clean and proper.

There were no self catering facilities as I have a baby that I needed to cook for.

Breakfast was good and enjoyed my stay at the facility

The facility did not have water due to municipality maintenance in the area, but they arranged for me to take a shower in one of their adjacent properties.
