The place is close to the sea and also close to shops

Inside our room there was no microwaves to warm our foods since it's a self catering

Shower walk-in slippery. Water spills into the whole toilet cubicle. It's not safe for elderly people

It was absolutely amazing...I enjoyed every bit of my stay there. Highly recommend it for long term stay, staff is awesome, wifi is very strong didnt feel the difference from my wifi at home. Unfortunately i couldnt view the vecinity and tge sarrounding place during the day as i had commitment, but otherwise i enjoyed my stay therr, looking forward to booking after After all awesome

The family room was exactly like the pictures. It was spacious even the bathroom with shower was bigger then my expectation. The staff was very helpful and the security was always visible which gave me peace of mind.

The top parking is very tiny and we struggled to park our big 4x4 bakkie. I did see extra parking at the bottom of the property but there are many stairs and out of the way to walk. The bathroom plug in the sink did not work. I didn't report it because we only stayed for one night.

The room was very spacious, clean and towels were available each day, own bathroom was very clean they provided you soap and shampoo. Overall I liked everything about the accommodation.

My room was facing or was right by the busy road and the noise from all the cars was unbearable in the early morning, and having an extra roll of tissue, when I arrived the roll was already half way used would be nice just one extra roll in the bathroom. Either than that I enjoyed everything about my accommodation really no negative.

The old house its wooden floors and staircase take you back to another era. The staff were always sweet and kind and cooked a lovely breakfast. It was a nice surprise to find they also have a Spa on the premises! And there's a generator which is a big bonus these days!

The rooms are cleaned very superficially. Mould on the bathroom ceiling had obviously been there a long time. The shower door didn't close properly (not difficult to fix) so the floor was always sopping wet. Even the walls in the room had not in a long while been washed as there were several marks, scuffs and stains that didn't look appealing!

This was a 21st anniversary gift for a pastoring couple. The staff assisted us every step of the way in ensuring they had a memorable stay including a romantic setup.They even took videos and sent to me. I would highly recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues. I hope they have a conference facility as I would definitely use their services again.

The room spacious and cozy. The dstv had good channels when you need them. Peaceful at night when you need to rest

The fact that it was emphasis that check out time is 10 am, which is right. If late, than the client need to "pay". I've been to hotel's, guest house and bnb but it was the first time that I came across that. The rushing and when you leave the reception, people would check their watch. Give people a lenient up to 30 mins, it won't take anything money from what you already have

Pleasant and accommodating 24 hour staff. Rooms are cozy and tasteful. Clean bathrooms with hot water always available. Safe parking. Did not have the breakfast but it looked and smelled great!

Small limited parking not very well suited to bakkies and SUVs that do park there. Hotel shares a parking with a gym which can frustratingly result in being parked-in by others. Window latches/components need to be secured.

I did not order breakfast, but we were given the space to eat and also provided with plates to dish up our own food. the bed was so comfortable. The warm welcome we received at the reception was marvelous, great job by the lady called CINDY .

The rooms should have both shower and the bath. The floor in the shower is slippery and there is NO shower mat (water resistant). No water glasses in the rooms. NO shower cap was provided. NO HANDRAIL in the shower for balance.
