The view of the city and the location of the facility is very good.

The fridge in room 304 made a loud noise at times.(night)

Booked for my husband at Mesami hotel for one night for his trip to Durban. He found the place to be comfortable and clean. The shower was good, bed comfortable and his overall stay was great. Good value for money. The small fridge was found to be freezing, excellent. Breakfast is about R75 per person.

For someone who likes tea, he didn't have tea stuff in the room.

I really loved the rooms and the place , it's a very nice place, hot shower and everything, I'd probably come back next time

The TV, please upgrade to smart TV, the TV is very poor we couldn't log in to Netflix and watch movies, and please add microwave in the rooms , also there were coffee cups and a kattle but nothing to make tea or coffee

They manage to change my date in the 11th hour and I couldn't be more grateful for that. Staff - friendly Rooms - clean • They even have hairdryer, iron and a bar fridge not forgetting to mention tv. However didn't have time to watch anything on it as we arrived in the wee hour of the day lol • My sister asked for coffee and it was given to us, in a nick of time Location - perfect, after a looong day all I needed was a quite and a peaceful sleep

It was kinda pricey for one night, other than that nothing I didn't like

Met my requirements so nothing I did not like Fridge could be stocked with somem water and charged for usage TV channels very limited

The black lady with curly wig at the reception had such an unwelcoming energy it was not good at all the attitude to . But the other stuff members where okay

I liked everything about that place, nothing to complain about and the staff was too friendly

The fact that they have limited channels on their TV ( i dont know what's playing on their tvs, so I didn't even watch the gameson that weekend) is the only thing that made me feel unhappy otherwise besides that everything was great.

It was a good experience, great value for money. The parking was close to the lift thus in and out was quick and efficient. The lifts worked fine the hotel is very clean and the surroundings was soft on the eye. The room was adequate with very good painting which lighten up the room. The Staff went the xtra mile and had been very helpful. The air-conditioning was excellent. The cafeteria is spaceful and nicely set up.

In general we have no concerns and no complaints.

The facilities, the fact that we got to use the elevators to go to our designated room was the first highlight for me😊. The shower was perfect, the bedding and the room service as well, The reception was also welcoming.

The hair dryer that's hanged in the bathroom wasn't working.

The room was super clean and great value for money, I will definitely come back some other time.

Please fix your air-conditioning.
