I liked everything about the place, they allowed us to check in early even though the check-in time is 14h00. The guy at the reception, Nhlanhla is the most friendly and welcoming person ever. He even helped us with finding places to visit. And everyone was amazing and the place is super clean although we didn't get out breakfast because they didn't have some items and if they can just add lotions and shampoos in the rooms, but everything else as great.

The fact that we didn't get our breakfast packs because some items we missing, it wasn't a big deal.

The Excellent service by your staff receptionist. My mum in law has a stroke. And our initial room was booked on the 3rd floor . He tried to change to ground floor all were taken so he checked around and gave us a room in the second floor as it is hard for my mum to walk up and down stairs. So that really made a difference

The noise. Guests coming in and out in the late nights make a lot of noise. On the first night of check in we got stuck and couldn't check in so I was wondering if it is possible to get a refund for the 1 night.

It's so easily accessible and if using a bus just a few meters from the hotel. I liked the service and cleanliness of the rooms was perfect. Mr Wiseman at the reception was very friendly and always smiling keep it up and attended us professionally and was welcoming and has a warm personality.

The aircon wasn't working and the shower door didn't close so when you come out of the shower there's water everywhere on the floor and it's slippery and messy (Room 123)

I loved how friendly the staff was and they were very accommodating and smiling. My stay wasn't so bad, Id still book there again.

I could hear the people above me having sex. Their bed kept making sounds whole night and some of the ladies that were there were so loud in the evening and early morning on the corridor. The toilet is too cramped, some space would do and also the fact that there's no windows in the bathroom is not nice. I have sinus so the carpet also affected me in the room. When you go up the stairs to your room the carpet has a terrible smell, including the carpet in the corridors as well. It smells like the carpet was wet or something and didn't dry properly. Maybe make the shower base a bit high, when you take a shower the water leaks and messes the floor and there's no mop to wipe the floor.

That the staff cleaned the room even when we did not expect it to be cleaned. It was lovely coming home to a freshley cleaned place en though we had packed up and left the room in a tidy manner.

The TV remote was not working in our room, however the staff did come to our rescue and assisted.

The staff is friendly, and the place is clean and regularly cleaned. Even the cleaning stuff is so friendly and polite, and there were no strange smells. It was really a beautiful experience, and Sun1 remains one of my go to places in real.

The air conditioner was not working due to maintenance, and it unfortunately was during hot days. But, we were made aware of this upon arrival. Beside this, all was good.

Our bed springs was hurting us the first night but after speaking to the receptionist i believe they changed it as we were comfortable the second night. There is no mat at the shower door and we had to wipe the water with a towel. Also the TV channels were kind of few and limited

thanks to the guy named Louis. he is so friendly and takes care of visitor.we were ladies and he helped us to carry our bag to the second floor as they were heavy.And goog in communicating with customers.Dig up for Mr Louis ur the man.

in the rooms we are asking for lotions as you put soap .And we are asking for tea and kettle ,sugar n milk in the rooms

Very convenient. Efficient and very friendly staff. Uber and private taxis (any price) are readily available. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed. Elderly persons are considered wrt providing a ground floor room.

The appliances in the dining/breakfast area are often not working properly.. The room we stayed in did not have fresh air ventilation unless you opened a screenless window - didn't feel safe leaving it open during the night.
