Place was clean and mostly cleaners were welcoming 🙏

I didn't like it when I asked for extension...staff didn't go extra miles to help me. Sounds as if they have one property instead they are more than one.i would have appreciated if they just arrange one extra day for me instead of me struggling to get accomodaion as the same apartments or building or company... in future be more helpful 🙏 Secondly with school children pls monitor noise coz is so distracting..even when complaining via reception, there was no change for full 4 days. Stay blessed

The place was very clean ,the rooms are big enough for the whole family.

The challenge i had was the Aircondition that was not working ,i tried to reach out to the receptionist for assistance a security guard was sent to come and help and i thought they were going to send the technician who deals with the electronics or something related to the problem thefore i was not happy.also the Dstv remote was a battle to press the buttons.Those were the problems i came accross i hope they get attention.

It was very clean

I have arranged an early check in time with them and they agreed, but when I’ve arrived they told another story I was so disappointed

It was neat and everything was arranged 😌. Excellent it was 🥰 perfect

The bedding especially pillows and sheet, also the cleaning staff must knocking but one of them didn't knock just open the room.

The room was very quiet which was good for sleeping. There was always someone on reception if required. The restaurant is a couple of doors away and I found the food ok. A menu is provided in the room which is a good idea. The place is very clean with the 2nd floor more like an feeling more like a hospital. Excellent cleaning staff.

The fact I was on the third floor meant quite a walk with no lift but I soon got used to it. I don't need the room to be cleaned every day or require a clean towel every day. To me this is just a waste of resources and energy although I must say the cleaning staff do an excellent job. Perhaps a "do not disturb" door card could be supplied requesting cleaning when required.

When I arrived the fridge was not working the fixed it same time .I love their staff to much they help visitors and their cleaners are friendly and the help us during our stay when want thing that are not in the room and our was always clean because of them (cleaning everyday) wow I like that .

I love the security it's safe in bayside,but I'm sad about is one security who wanted us to cancel the uber and get in unsafe car/unknown car I did like that 😔. And please ask the name of the people who help you during your stay so that it can be easier to report..

I liked the cleanliness a lot. Additionally, I liked the fact that there was a kettle, a microwave and a fridge. The cleaning ladies were very respectful and considerate. Even the security guards was helpful and the staff at the reception was friendly and welcoming.

I did not like the fact that there were no lifts and neither porters to help carry the luggage, especially at checking out. It was a bit noisy during the day. The outside of the hotel was a bit scary due to all sort of suspicious-looking people hanging around. There were also strange visitors to the hotel.

there was no coffee/ tea in the rooms. No airfreshener in toilets

The place was very clean.. they had room service which delivered us a delicious meal which was at a reasonable price

There are 4 different Bayside hotels on the same street, they are next to each other but with different reception areas so that was very confusing to find the location
