Breakfast options are excellent and service is great. Dinner at Georgios restaurant is 5 star. I would even opt to go there anytime, not only when I'm staying there. Rooms are good, excellent views too. I love the finishing touches in the bathroom.

Only problem is: you must have a cash deposit no longer credit card deposit and we had to drive to get to an atm to get the deposit paid. Also, checkout at least an hour before or whilst you're eating breakfast as they take long to check everything in your room before the cash deposit is returned. Careful when you get off those sleighbeds! They pinch.🤣

That we had only booked for 2 nights and couldn't stay longer. I didn't like that they are selling even water that's in the fridge. That was the first in my years of traveling.

The entire property was clean with pristine pools and great views of the ocean. Everything was within a reasonable distance. Super beautiful, super convenient and super helpful staff. They were able to assist with issues with the room and moved us to another one with ease. The staff also recommended great places to visit. The food there is also AMAZING 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

There is so much to love but their food and beverage prices are quite high. Despite that, their food is absolutely delicious.

We had a two-bedroom apartment that was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean although a bit far. It was raining during our stay so we couldn't enjoy most of the facilities.

Hot water ran out quickly, we had the power outage on our second night and only the lights were working except for the main bedroom and there was no power at all to the plugs. The apartment didn't have the pots and pans, so we couldn't make our own breakfast. When we enquired, we were informed that we could request for these if we needed them, and I personally find that to be a bit of an inconvenience.

This place is absolutely amazing and its worth noting that the two bedroom unit's pictures certainly do not do it justice - spacious, beautifully furnished with fantastic ocean views and multiple pools!! However, the kitchen could use with some additions like bowls, an additional pot (to make it two) and atleast one cutting knife. The restaurant was also wonderful, with fantastic views and delicious food. Although, the lunch and dinner menus are the same. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Staff were friendly, room was beautiful and clean. Facilities are very well kept and maintained.

My only issue was with something that "messed" from the ceiling, onto the nightstand during the evening which gave me a bit of a fright, I did take a photo of it and will send to the property separately, it may just be a pest control issue but overall, the rooms was stunning, beautifully cleaned and amenities provided were stunning.

This place is gorgeous, staff very professional and facilities are amazing. We enjoyed out ladies trip there. Also loved that there are many pools available, so the pool is close to your room.

I didnt like the cockroaches (huge) and a backup power system would be great for a 5 star facility.

Beautiful venue with stunning views. Great restuarant on premises. Very friendly & professional helpfull staff. Apologetic for the slow service.

Room & bathroom somewhat delepadated or run down. Mouldy shower, loose bath casing. Water runs out the bathroom when showering. Brought to cleaners attention. Could pay better attention to prepping room, drinking glasses, comp water.

Private, clean, has become my second home.

The lower units are a fest of ants. If you drop anything in the room they literally are there in seconds. Worse if you order in. May these be controlled and I also had a roach in my room. Overall I always stay here and nowhere else but we need a few updates including television that one is able to access the internet. I’m sure most guests including myself would appreciate being able to access Netflix and other VODs.

- the millions of stairs were a killer for my knees - My mistake, I assumed the property was on the beach and it wasn't. The beach is a little windy downhill drive away - water seeped out from under the shower door, partially flooding the bathroom each time - Housekeeping wasn't on time and was a bit intrusive but they did such a great job tidying up, they can be forgiven - perhaps I missed it, but a small play area for kids would be nice - Me being half hour late for checkout could have been met with more understanding, since I was out fixing a tyre. Reception was aware of this. Kids ended up getting calls to vacate the rooms, and ended up waiting at reception for the half hour with all our luggage. Only then did reception advise them that they could have stayed in the one room.
