It was a perfect location for our trip

There’s an indemnity form to be signed at check in and the indemnity makes absolutely no sense. I cannot be expected to indemnify the establishment for its negligence or the employees’ negligence

From the reception to the room, everything was beautiful and clean. The food we ate was delicious- value for money and a beautiful buffet breakfast the next morning at very affordable prices. Everythjng was up to par. even the security at the gate was very welcoming and accommodating.

Cleaners had entered the room and started cleaning before checkout time… awkward going back to the room after breakfast and finding no one there but bed pillows on the floor.

Beautiful place, friendly and helpful staff, the food is out of this world too.

Cellphone signal may not be that great in some rooms.

Professional staff members and always flexible to accommodate client's needs, talking about the restaurant, they serve exceptional food that I would recommend any one to taste, it's just 🤌🤌

Exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was perfect, and very clean. The food was very good,..all in all I was very happy with everything, and will certainly like to return one day.

It would be difficult to find anything to dislike....there is nothing I would complain about..

I was expecting additional cost for the breakfast, but on my suprise when I was about to pay, they said It was included on the amount I paid: I was so greatful. Base on the location: It was a superb one. Aloe Lifestyle hotel is the home out of home: No hesitation for recommendation.

The decoration is better, but to make it best I think it should be gender balanced: Something for male like 'Umqhele' on the wall should accompany the existing women hat on the wall (Remove one and fixture umqhele). Nevertheless, On my side everything was satisfactory.

Perfect breakfast. Location is also good.

The gravel road from tar road to the gaet is very very bad. You guys can improve your business presentation if you can pave or tar this road. Exiting your gate with a car is very dangerous. The car underneath will scratch the end on the pavement if you you not swing the car across and exit where you enter.

I loved the courtesy with the staff of the hotel. They would go an extra mile in providing excellent customer service.
