I like the fact that they give you options for rooms to choose. I had to choose one which accommodate our condition. Staff is friendly. Security guards are hand on to assist you.

They increase the money for accommodation while they remove other equipments. Before, They use to provide us with shower cap, two soap, shampoo and body lotion and their money was lower then now. They are no longer providing us anymore, only one both soap. On my booking it was mentioned that they will be tea set which was not provided.

The location is great. The room is very nice. It was comfortable and quite. I enjoyed my stay. Everything was superb, exceeded my expectation. I am happy most of facility.

the check in time. It was supposed to be 15h30 but i ended check in 16h15. I think the staff was not being considerate. I came early in the building but some people came after me and they started helping them. So i felt like,they they don't value me or my booking at their place by the time i get the key, i was very angry.

DSTV channels are limited and boring. At least they must add netflix or just add more channels in Ds and one of the staff members didn’t talk to me in a proper way as we ended up checking out late because we were waiting for the iron😏

Location close to the city center which makes it not complicated to go for buying dinners in the closest restaurants, we did not had breakfast though. Ayanda in reception gaves us a warm welcome, had called prior and advised that we were running late for check in, he assured me that it all still good, our reservation is still secured. Clean rooms, television with dstv channel a bonus.

I wouldn't say there was much i din't , i could only offer an advice to whoever looking for a peaceful and quite night, that he/she may not experience that as the hotel is located right in the middle of the busiest spot in the town, you will wake up in the middle of the night/early morning due to ongoing daily life of the citizens

Everything about the lodge is exceptional staff is soo calm and collected welcoming although I faced difficulties them not bealiving my partner was old enough lol, but they handled the matter exceptional I am definitely going back there

Nothing actually except that the are some channels that are not available on TV but everything else is exceptional

My room was neat and clean and had a fridge a nice big tv, an aircon and a microwave.

I arrived at a busy time and had to wait a bit to be checked in. But I was given a place to sit and was told that I will be attend to shortly, which happened.

Breafast wasn't included, but the location is good. Close to the taxi rank for those without cars. I didn't have a problem when checking in, the lady in the reception was very friendly and welcoming. Thanks!

Slept in room 108B, the noise of the gate for the vehicle can wake you up, at least they make make the gate remote
